This is a great book that doesn't endlessly preach at you! It's well written and includes a really useful guide about the 40 most commonly juiced fruit and vegetables and their health and nutritional powers. This book has become like a Bible to me and by following the recipes regularly I've managed to reduce inflammation and day-to-day pain levels.
