Night After Night I wasn’t looking for a man like Clay Nichols, with a dirty mind and a mouth to match. But then he walked into my life one night and he’s everything I want. He’s also exactly what I can't have. Because there’s a price tag on my head. I’m a wanted woman and I owe debts that were never mine. Clay is irresistible though, so I steal away to New York to spend one delicious weekend with the man who unlocks pleasure in me I never knew was possible, and who captivates my mind. But when I return home, trouble is waiting for me and for everyone I care about.
After This Night Some women are impossible to forget no matter how hard you try. Believe me, I’ve tried to get the gorgeous and captivating bartender out of mind since she skipped out after one seductive weekend together. Trouble is, I can’t. Since she’s in my heart. When I run into her at her sister’s wedding, she falls into my arms again, and my bed. Finally, she tells me everything, and it’s my turn at last — to help her find her way out of the trouble that’s been chasing her. As long as I can keep her far away from the men who put a price tag on her head.
One More Night Happy endings don't come easily. They're hard-won and I’m going to have to keep earning mine... I thought my future with the fiery Julia Bell was clear sailing. But life doesn't work that way and trouble looms in every corner. Trouble from clients, trouble with timing, and, most of all, trouble from her past returns on our trip to Vegas. And I’ll do everything to protect her, no matter the cost…

4 'Purple Snow Globe' Stars!
Yes, I've been reading Julia and Clay's love story these last three days and I really enjoyed it! Lauren has become one of my favorite authors and I've been curious about these two since I started reading her books.
The first three books of the Seductive Nights series are fabulous! Great characters, a little suspense in the middle and a couple that burned my Kindle with their hot AF chemistry! If you are a fan of Blakely's writing, you need to check this out! -
Seductive Nights
I liked this one but didn't love it. I almost gave up about 20% in but kept going and skimming til I finished.
It wasn't bad. The writing was very good and flowed well. I didn't love the heroine. I like for the leading lady to be strong and independent. I want her to find love but not let it define her. However, Julia was overly strong and too aggressive for my taste to make this a true love story. Yes they find love and the ending was satisfying but they have sex the first night they meet in a bar. Not exactly the meet cute you want to tell your grandkids about.
Still a decent read but lacked the true and pure love aspect I look for. -
I caught this collection on sale for $2.99 and thought it was an excellent deal for a story and series that was well thought out and exceptionally executed. I loved Clay and Julia and the fact that neither one of them were "damaged" like so many of the romances we read today. However, the trouble that Julia found herself in was one of someone else's making. I do wish she had just told her sister about the Charlie/Dylan situation but I understand her logic of why she didn't. I enjoyed reading the story all in one setting as opposed to waiting for the next novel to be released. This is one that I would definitely recommend getting but especially so now while it is on sale.

Perfect love story
I loved the characters and the love story. The heat was definitely on with this one!
“No, sir. I am slippery. I thought we established this already.”
There was humor and heat! What else can you ask for! -
The scenes between the characters were hot but the set up for their story was blatant and over worn and a big nope

Seductive Nights: The Complete Julia and Clay Collection Kindle Edition
by Lauren Blakely
Julia and Clay’s story played out in three awesome books. They were both such amazing characters and the author went to great depths to flush out their personalities and histories. They also seem fated to be together.
Although intensely attracted from the first night they also bonded over personality, they just “clicked”.
The three books readers though their romance, personal challenges as well as some very dangerous challenges. With a Julia trying to hide her problems from the world it took a lot of breath holding until she allowed Clay totally I to her life.
This couple is physically combustible and there is a lot of very 🔥🔥🔥🔥 scenes throughout all the books, both together, over the phone, though emails. Loved their emails and also can’t wait to make a Purple Snow Globe!
I am now onto Julia’s sister’s book.
I first started this author’s books with the audio of The Joy Delivered two book set with the so awesome Sebastian York as narration. I’ve been hooked ever since often combining both audio and written versions. Joy Delivered still rates as one of my favorite audio books but they are really all fun, amazing , romantic and hot. -
I really liked this collection about the relationship of Clay and Julia.
The way they meet feels more realistic than most romances, the rest of their story--not so much. Julia's sister recommends her bar if he needs a drink to unwind after work and tells him that Julia is hot. They flirt and it goes from 0 to 60. They have what they think will be a one night fling, but it goes so well that they try to continue a long distance relationship. Julia, however, is beholden to Charlie--a mob guy. This is where the plot gets wonky. I still enjoyed the series and will read more Blakely. -
First Night 4/5* -
I completed the last of the Julia and Clay story last night and could hardly put it down. The ending had surprises and such a sweet closure. Now to learn about Clay's brother. I would recommend the series to any who love hot, lusty couples who struggle while falling in love. This one has it all.

I have both copies the original and current.

HOT
This series had me hooked from the start. Not a dull moment. Lots of smoking scenes that had me wishing for my own personal Clay of my own. -
In this complete collection, we start off with the novella, First Night, which introduces us to Clay Nichols and Julia Bell. Julia is a bartender with a huge secret. When her sister tells her that her fiancee has a friend coming in to San Francisco, can she be nice to him if he stops into her bar, Julia has no idea that this mystery man will turn into the man of her dreams. Clay seems to be Julia's perfect match. She's all ready for a one night stand with him, since he lives in NY and that's all this can be. But their one night of passion leaves them both wanting more. And left me dying to know that they would get together again, especially since when Clay leaves, that is the end of the novella. It was a great introduction, and left the reader wanting more. Especially to know what secret Julia is hiding.
In the first full length novel, Night After Night, the author reveals Julia's secret, and the fact that Clay was burned by his ex-wife, and therefore despises secrets. Which makes Julia freak out. And she runs. This was a smoking hot story. Both Clay and Julia are evenly matched in every way. Especially the bedroom. But Julia's secret, that her ex-boyfriend managed to garner over $100,000 in debt with the mob, then skips town, leaving Julia with his debt to pay. Julia is a bit of a poker shark, and her payment is to be the ringer for poker games for the mob. She refuses to ask her sister or Clay for help, because she's afraid that if she drags them in to her mess, they'll become collateral damage to her disaster. Especially since the mob boss continues to threaten her friends and family. Her secret is stupid, and Julia is an idiot for not asking for help. That part of the story annoyed me, but thankfully, the multiple rounds of sex made it better.
In the second full length novel, After This Night, Clay still can't stop thinking about Julia, and since his new client is her soon-to-be brother in-law, he snags an invite to the wedding. Of course, since Clay and Julia can't keep their hands off each other, they get back together. Julia, in the hopes of keeping Clay, reveals her secret, and he vows to help her, but when the debt is just about paid off, Clay goes behind Julia's back and does something, which he then keeps from her. Because Clay was so adamant about not keeping secrets, when Julia finds out what Clay has been hiding, she is livid. And leaves him. But never fear, the fact that they can't keep their hands off of each other, only keeps them apart for a week.
The third and final book, One More Night, was apparently a gift to the readers from the author, since the second book was apparently the last, fans clamored for more. She should have stopped at two. This book is where she lost me. Clay and Julia are in Vegas for a romantic weekend, she's meeting his "family" (but only winds up meeting his brother), but fate has a way of keeping this romantic weekend from being anything but. First, Clay is called away to Los Angeles to deal with a client. Then, Julia is followed at the casino, and she's convinced her former mob boss is back on her tail, despite his promise that now that the debt is paid, he'd leave her alone. When Clay prepares his proposal, Julia is kidnapped. Again, not amused. There are a few chapters that start off with an unknown who is tailing Julia, and you're not sure who he is, who he is working for, or why he wants Julia out of Vegas.
At least when that annoying part was over, the rest of the story was very romantic.
All in all, this was a hot series, and Lauren Blakely certainly knows how to write well developed characters who keep it lively in and out of the bedroom! -
I totally enjoyed this entire box set!! Clay, Jack and Nate are really Hot main characters. I enjoyed Clay & Julia's story the most. Great love story. Instant connection between them, and I loved their humorous interactions together. They had a long distance romance to conquer. A passionate couple who "find passion" wherever and whenever the mood struck. Clay Nichols is definitely on my top 10 BBF of 2015!! I loved Jack and Michelle's love story. A torrid one night stand then all changes the next day when they realize that Michelle is the shrink he's agreed to see to help him through some personal issues. They decide that jack should see one of Michelle associates so they can continue seeing each other. Michelle also has issues from an unrequited love, so they decide on a 30 day no strings affair. Can they keep their emotions at bay? I enjoyed their dirty interactions, Michelle is a strong, sexy woman that knows what she needs. Great story!! Finally, Nate and Casey's love story is really sweet. Best friends for years but Nate has lusted after Casey for years but would never take a chance of losing her precious friendship. Nate had a terrible first marriage which ended due to her being unfaithful. Nate has never trusted a woman since with his heart. Casey, a sex toy CEO finds it hard to find a good relationship. She wants Nate to give her submissive lessons in the bedroom so she can relate better with another man. Nate has 4 weeks to teach Casey. He doesn't feel she needs to change at all. They have great chemistry and I just loved this story. I won't give more details, you should just read it yourself and enjoy every page!! Love these box set deals, so nice to read all these related stories!! Great job Lauren Blakely!!

I am so happy I stumbled upon this box set. I'm not gonna give a review for each story, rather I will give my overall review of the box set.
With each turn of the page, I was anxiously waiting to see what the future held for Julia and Clay. Julia never accepts the advances of any patron that walks through the doors of the bar that she co-owns. But all of that changed the night Clay walked through. There was something about him. Something that she was drawn to.
Clay is a kinky man, that likes things a certain way. He lucked out when he stumbled upon Julia, who had the same fantasies. Clay and his lucky purple tie.... Hmmmmmm.... The things he could do with that tie.
I read this box set in one weekend. Clay is totally a book boyfriend worth adding to the list. He loves hard, he fucks hard, and he is protective of those he love. What's not to love about him. Now lets talk about Julia. Julia has a mouth on her. She doesn't back down and I loved that about her. I love reading books where the heroin is strong willed and has a back bone. The two of them together is a perfect match.
Get one-clicking this box set. It is worth every penny and will leave you wanting more. You will love the characters that you meet along the way and you will want to continue with the rest of the series as well. -
3.5 🌟- I liked the relationship between Julia and Clay, some of the shorts were less interesting, but on the whole the story as a whole worked.
Julia and Clay’s story unfolded nicely over their novels
Night After Night and
After This Night. The novellas and shorts that surrounded these main novels varied in quality, hence the 3.5 stars, instead of 4 star review.
I listened to the main novels on audible and enjoyed the narration by Josh Goodman, which really brought the characters to life.
I liked their kinky repartee and fire that exists between Clay and Julia right from their first meeting. They grow nicely over the novels, novellas and shorts in a satisfying way that gives you a true sense of their ‘happily ever after’. The plots of the novels are not exactly anything demanding, but this story is very much about the couple Julia and Clay.
A fun, if undemanding read. -
Lauren Blakely is one of my favorite authors and this installment of her talent is nothing short of wonderful.
I loved meeting Julia and learning of her bad luck/black cloud that seemed to be following her everywhere she went. I respected her greatly for taking matters into her own hands and not relying on anyone else or involving anyone else with her troubles.
Clay. Love Clay. He can melt my panties anytime. :)
The chemistry between these two is nothing short of epic.
Starting out as a one night stand was fantastic. The sizzle and teasing exchange was easy to latch onto because it fit a one night stand. But it was also easy to root them on as a couple because of how hot, and how perfectly the match was.
Highly recommend this series and anything written by Lauren. -
This is a review for the complete series, not just the trilogy. Finishing this series was torture for me. I didn't enjoy the goofy dialogue & all the questions they were always asking each other. Also if one of them said something to the other, they would just repeat it back. There was a lot of unnecessary dialogue. Nothing left for the imagination or allowing the obvious. Too many duh moments, like we couldn't figure it out if it wasn't said... over & over sometimes. A lot if awkward, really? moments for me. Just a goofy series for me. Waste of time, but makes me appreciate Crossfire, Fifty & other series I've enjoyed tremendously!

This was a Fantastic series! This is the first I have read this authors work, and I loved it!!
All of the books were written very well, and the sexual hot!! To. Die. For! I love that Clay was just a normal guy. There doesn't always need to be drama from an ex or past trauma. It was very refreshing to just have a smooth read, with little issues.
The reason I am giving this book 4 stars even though I loved it, is because I needed a final epilogue. After 4 books I need that little tidbit about how their future pans out.
I would highly recommend this book. Very Hot!! -
The first 15% is not terribly engaging. The characters seem like sketches, and then magic happens. You get sucked in. I have a new book boyfriend and his name is Clay. The book is very hot, but the characters are engaging. Julia is strong, funny, and whip-smart. I'd want to be her friend, but that wouldn't be cool because I'd be lusting after her boyfriend.
So, power through the first little bit and then savor the rest. -
I just can't say enough of how I did not want these books to end. Clay & Julia's love are what we all wish for. It was all consuming and sometimes over the top, but it was sweet and tender and just plain hot. I won't give spoilers as I never do but if you read anything this year 2014 or 2015, read The Complete Julia and Clay - Seductive Night's Collection by Lauren Blakely. You will not regret it!!!!
