Drawn by the lure of Hollywood, actors have long flocked to Tinseltown for the promise of fame and fortune. Including the scions of the most famous Monster Families – Dracula, The Wolfman, The Mummy, The Invisible Man, Jekyll and Hyde, The Cyclops and of course The Baron Von Frankenstein with his trusty servant, Igor, and his beloved Monster. In the 50’s they reigned supreme in B horror movies. But now we find them at their day jobs, still dreaming of making it big again. Until the next Board of Directors Meeting of the Monsters and Magicians Local 422, when they are presented with a proposal to license their computer generated likenesses to a big talent agency for lots of money. Everyone is thrilled except for the Baron who sees this as an assault on his integrity as a great thespian, and refuses to vote for it.
And that’s the way it would’ve ended except that later that day the Baron suddenly and inexplicably vanished poolside. POOF! Into thin air.
Beside themselves over the disappearance of their beloved Baron, Igor and the Monster must find him. But how? All of the Monsters’ are delirious with joy that the big blowhard is gone, and the police think that it’s an inside job and Igor and the Monster are the prime suspects.
A light bulb goes on their heads! Having once co-starred in “The Baron and the Hound of the Baskerville’s”, they don their Sherlock Holmes and Watson costumes and head off to solve “The Case of the Missing Baron.”
