When billionaire Virginia Ann "Peep" Holler dies, a battle for her estate begins. However, she leaves all of her wealth and Jodi’s Place – a popular Oklahoma ranch dedicated to helping wayward kids – to Abigail Brennan. Abby, a young single mother and favored protege, is elated. But her enthusiasm does not match her experience. After a few bad choices, the ranch becomes embroiled in financial turmoil causing some board members to vie for its ownership.

In the meantime, Abby discovers a plot by a local oil baron who wants to seize control of Jodi’s Place, for its rich oil reserves, and end its usefulness to troubled youth. Just when she thinks the inevitable is about to happen, Abby meets an attractive newcomer in town who may hold the key to saving the ranch and helping her out of her dilemma...but not without a price.

In spite of the cost, can Abby trust this newcomer to aid her in saving Jodi's Place? Or will Peep's fortune and good name be ruined by forces she cannot control or tame?

Love's Hidden View (The Dusty Road Chronicles Book 3) Reviews

What happens when a kind Christian woman passes away and leaves everything to someone she hasn’t seen in years? Young, single mother Abigail Brennan is surprised one day to find she’s inherited a vast estate, but quickly realizes she will need help to run it. Who can she turn to? Those she trusts have their own agenda…

This novel, the last in the series documenting Peep Holler’s life and legacy, neatly ties the story line up with a bow. The antagonists intrigue and the innocence of the main character confounds the reader as we turn pages, hoping she’ll be okay. Not quite CVA (some references to sex and alcohol), this book nonetheless offers a strong testimony of God’s love and protection of those most in need. A very entertaining read!

A great conclusion to a fine series

Robert Valleau's Book 3 in the Dusty Road Chronicles doesn't disappoint. He weaves a forceful conclusion to a well-written series. He gives us summary information about book 1. and 2 that helps to recall people and places we may have forgotten. If I could, I would give the Chronicles 6 stars each.
