Victoria could not remember a day that she had not already been promised to a man who lived thousands of miles away. She had tried to avoid this day her whole life. I am sampling several of the Kindle Short Reads Top 100 Free works. This was one.
A short story that did not leave the reader hanging (i.e. not just a preview of longer work) but seemed to make jumps in the plot without basis. An enjoyable style and nice characters, though. Work a look. -
Eh
The first story was not well written or researched. I was half through the second story and it's fantasy role-playing. When I got the book I wasn't looking for mediocre, but it found me anyway. -
Good
I enjoyed reading this book, hopefully I can find time t o read more by this author. Will be looking for more
