Cast Iron Cookbook
Several of the recipes sound intriguing and there is some good basic information on care and use of cast iron. The writing is rather awkward and could have benefited from a good proofreading. -

I'm glad that I ran across this book. My parents used a cast iron pan often for cornbread. I was curious to see what others might cook. -
Great section on seasoning and care of cast iron cookware. Many recipes are also given.
