This is not a long book, after all it was really a lecture by John Carey. However, it is full of interesting information on where The Battle of Moytirra came from as a manuscript and who may have written it. It also contained an analysis by John Carey as to the origin of the tale itself. Some interesting thoughts on Lugh and Nuada too.
