Comments From Other Readers
“I know several ladies at work that knit and I’ve been interested but it always seemed very complicated. Honestly, I thought it was just something that the older generations had to do rather than something that could be fun or relaxing. When one of the younger girls at work started knitting it got me thinking that maybe there was something to it so I checked out this book. Even though I live in Florida, we get some chilly nights and I wanted to make a blanket. I was surprised at how easy the book made it to learn! I’ve never been very crafty but I can see keeping up with this for a long time!” - Christina T. (Florida, USA)
“I’m a stay at home mom. I seem to be on the go more than I’m at home most days! With three active kids I’m constantly shuttling between sports practices, music lessons, and other activities. That also means I’m sitting waiting for those activities to be over. I read quite a bit but I wanted to come up with something that was a little more productive so one of the other moms suggested knitting. I’ve never done it before but I checked out this book and I was really amazed at how simple it all seemed. I’m currently making a baby sling (one of the awesome patterns) for my youngest daughter’s baby doll. It’s too cute and I’m having a great time with it!” - Becky S. (Pennsylvania, USA)

UPDATE: I have since talked to one of the creators of the patterns in this book and it is STOLEN. The owner of the pattern has reported this book for copyright violation and asked that it be removed from Amazon. Do not buy this ebook. The patterns and pictures are stolen.
Poorly written, to the point of being nonsensical. Overly vague information would not be useful to a new knitter. For example, in the section in choosing yarn, she says to pick something easy to work with and doesn't explain how one determines that. Nothing about fiber types. The section on gauge doesn't mention swatching. The pictures looked suspiciously stolen and sure enough, at the end of the eBook she states "Pictures Courtesy of www. Pinterest.com". Yeah so its obvious this person has ZERO understanding of intellectual property and I hope the owners of the photos find out she is using them. The patterns are probably stolen too. So not only can Ms. Taylor not write and fails to create anything of instructional value, she is stealing other people's photos from Pinterest and thinks its OK. Do not buy this eBook.
