COLD FUSION can be read as a stand alone.

When he graduates from the Police Academy, David Mayfield is no rookie. His past experience as an MP allows him to jump right into an undercover mission.

Hired at the Bush Fire, a strip club owned by the white supremacist group David's task force is investigating, he is to gather information.

But fascinated by Jeanne-Michelle, a curvaceous Haitian dancer, he soon realizes that the real challenge of his mission may turn out to be abiding by the single rule of the strip club: “No messing around with the talent.”

You can read Cold Fusion first and then go on to Stone Cold and Cold Burn or start with those two and finish with Cold Burn.

David became a cop because he wanted to help those who could not help themselves, but when his time undercover puts his heart and his career on the line he is left in a bad position. When his feelings for the Haitian beauty Jeanne-Michelle ends up ending his undercover persona he vows he will find her and help her. Can he resurrect himself in time to make sure she is safe? And what about the rest of his family who have been mourning the loss? Emotional and highly entertaining - a great read.

    Captivating

It was great to finally meet David and hear his story. This had a well written plot which I could have read much more of as it is rather short.

This storyline follows an undercover cop trying to take down a white supremacist group. The relationships that develop in the strip club are layered, complex and oh so hot.

Love reading about David's story. The Iron Tornadoes are becoming a guilty pleasure. I love that each book is an open ended story with a HFN. Maybe I'm saying this because I can binge read it now that most books are out.

    Cold Fusion

I'm really loving these characters and the whole storyline and looking forward to see how this series works it all out .

  • Annuccia Palmeri

La storia di David che rivela tutti i retroscena, peccato che la serie sia interrotta qui anche se così ha già la sua conclusione.

Great read. We finally find out what really happened to David and if he's dead or alive. I wasn't expecting Mimi and Toussaint, they were a great surprise and addition to the book. This is definitely a series I will continue to read.

David is a cop, and his first job is undercover for the police department, to try to take down a white supremacist group. He will be undercover as a bouncer at a strip club to try and get the evidence needed to take them down. Plus there is a mole in the department, because of this, the department has had major problems getting what they need. I think I have a pretty good idea on just who that mole is also. I'm not going to say though :)

Mimi, is forced to become a mother to her 10 yr old nephew after her sister overdoses. Toussaint, is that 10 year old. She's Haitian, and David is instantly attracted to her. He calls it Cold Fusion. When told the truth about him, will she help him, or will she snitch and run? You'll just have to read to find out.

I did wish that there was more of a reunion scene between David and Brian, and his sister, instead of just a couple sentences. But was still a good read.

    While
    Stone Cold and
Cold Burn were telling the dramatic story of Brian and Lisa, David Mayfield was an enigma who managed to impact their lives at every turn. A recent graduate of the police academy, David's first assignment is to go deep undercover to infiltrate the Category Five Knights MC. This is David's story.

COLD FUSION takes readers back to the beginning of the
Iron Tornadoes MC saga and kept me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. A well written and fast paced drama packed with erotic romance, mystery, drama and suspense, COLD FUSION is the perfect ending to this amazing series!

As the author indicates, this book can be read first or last in the Iron Tornadoes MC series. For me this was the final book read. It wrapped up all the lose ends and questions that I had after reading the book 2. We are now introduced to David, the brother supposedly killed in book 1. We are also introduced to Jeanne-Michelle a major player in the over arching story and David's love interest. David is such a sweet and kind person, you cant help but fall in love with the character Ms. Rigal created. The story goes back to before Lisa received the news that her brother (David) had been killed (from book 1) and shows us what lead up to David's death been faked.

Again this book is fast paced and action packed with some romance and suspense built in. It was a great ending (or can be a beginning) for a great series.

WOW, ok so this book takes place over the time span of the first two books in the series. David has been pulled into a deep undercover mission and he is now working with the Motorcycle Club as a bouncer in their strip club and his mission is to take down a white supremacist group. Jeanne-Michelle is David's love interest and we not only see how their relationship begins and evolves but we also see the way David adores Jeanne-Michelle's nephew Toussaint. Beautiful story!

This book can be found in the
Red Hot Bikers, Rock Stars and Bad Boys box set.

I was gifted a complementary copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I have been eagerly following this series since the first book by Olivia Rigal. It was great to finally get the backstory of David and how he met the woman that he loved. Although the books don't necessarily need to be read in order I found that I enjoyed it more because I already knew some of the background of the characters that were shared in this book.

I loved the relationship between David and Mimi, and finally knowing how it came to the point that David was presumed dead and went into hiding. It also gave a good accounting of things the events that were hinted at in the first two books.

It was a short, enjoyable read.

This is the third book in the Iron Tornadoes MC series. I would highly recommend reading the series in order. Cold Fusion takes us back to David (written in his POV) and gives us the story of what led up to his death being faked.

I must say this was my favourite book of the series so far. Again it was a nice quick read and was full of twists and turns.

I would have liked some more scenes between David and Mimi to buy into them a little more but the relationship between David and Toussaint was sweet and a real highlight.

Looking forward to Slider's story next and following this story through.

What a chemical reaction between Mimi and David! I am not a fan of first person, it drives me crazy but I enjoyed reading this short book. There were also quite a few characters in the beginning and I was sure I would get them confused. But as the story continued, Olivia introduced each character more, unlike some authors who drop them. I was thrilled to find out about David and Lisa. I liked that Olivia showed what happens with drugs, when a person has kids where do they go? Starla 1 left her responsiblities and her twin had to deal with them. At least she had David, what a sweetheart!

Tying up loose ends and coming back from the dead
This third book in the series is from David’s point of view of how life transpired. How he was thought to be dead by his family and how he lost a love he had just found. All the things that led up to his supposing death and how he got there. And the ending that was a joyful occasion. Well written and very enjoyable to read. Thought this is a self-contained story, it is best read with the first two so you can fully enjoy all the aspects of it.

It was a good read and ties the series up nicely. The story line was good but seemed to wrap up at the end rather fast. Rated good

Book 6 by Olivia Rigal was a Great read, a good 4. It's definitely not what I expected, it was worth reading.

  • Jodi Cain

David went through hell for one year, for not being able to contact his family or his best friend Brian. I am glad he found the woman for him and that he has family to love for the rest of his life.

    Great continuation of the series.

The story continues and this David and Mimi story.
