Ever read something that was unintelligible garbage? I did.
The stories were terrible. The artwork was good in some of them. I guess you have to be a big fan of The Pixies to get this. I just bought it for the cover, which was different from the cover shown on goodreads. The cover I have is of an astronaut monkey holding a harpoon.
