Frank Dunster, as Helmsman of the Hayling Island Lifeboat, was decorated by the RNLI for bravery on several occasions.These days, he is the owner of Hayling Rescue, a well known professional Rescue Rib based in Chichester Harbour. His musings and reflections on his life as a Waterman and Rescue Patrol, are sometimes referred to as his 'Confessions', and have become required reading for his many Facebook friends.In these pages you will find a multitude of tips on how to stay safe on the water, tales of disaster and heroism, and of course the answers to many of life's mysteries such who is The Bishop?
