Weak story in need of edits.
I enjoyed the first two books in the series. The issue is that so much time had passed. So I had forgotten the character somewhat. Getting back into it, I remember the characters just fine. The issue is that I had to constantly call out edits for misspellings and content errors. The story is rife with mcguffins. There are entirely too many powerful characters forcing the narrative. I am still interested in seeing where the story goes. But I expect better in the next books. -
Could be a five star book if it wasn’t so poorly/lazily edited. Every grammatical, spelling, or incorrect word just really brings me out of the story. It feels like it was written but no one actually spent the time to read it once and make simple corrections.

Three books in and still no story.
This is just a mess of events that happen. There is no coherent story line. A lot of details with nothing to tie it all together.
