Pete is finally getting over the fact that he wasn’t good enough for the NFL. That had been his dream since he’d been a kid, but it wasn’t meant to be. Even great play in high school and college didn’t get him any looks from NFL scouts. So now he was the football coach at his high school and he was making a difference in the lives of the kids. He liked that about the job more than anything.
When Kara and Pete finally run into each other, she still has a major crush on him. She tries to hide it but it’s almost impossible. She crosses her fingers that he doesn’t notice. But maybe he’s worried about the same thing.

This is a sweet and clean Christmas romance written to be read in two to three hours and make you feel all tingly inside.

Really Great Read
I so enjoyed Pete and Kara's story. She's his best friends little sister and has had a crush on him for years. Her brother doesn't approve when they finally realize they have feelings for each other. It takes awhile for them to work everything out and get their HEA but it all makes for a great read which I read straight through. -
They were close years ago. Now she's back for good. Could they have another chance at HEA? What happens when big brother starts meddling?.

I'm a sucker for a Christmas story, even more so for a brothers best friend storyline. This would make a great hallmark movie, small town plenty of drama in such a small story.

What a great story. I really was cheering for Pete and Kara, but then her brother, Mark, got involved. What a great holiday story.
