Liberator #3 Reviews
-
Liberator #3 begins in cliffhanger scene where issue 2 ends, a great cliffhanger at that, but the resolution in the beginning of issue 3 doesn’t really live up to it. It’s too easy, too simple, and feels almost like lazy storytelling.
The messaging is still worth it, but there is so little action that the story more or less grinds to a halt. It is building up for issue 4, but if one just looks at this issue on its own, it really lacks a little more spark. With that in mind let’s get on with issue 4 to see if that build up leads to somewhere.
The best part of this issue is the one page comic Lil’ Liberator at the end. That one is quite funny. Anyway, on to the next one. -
Die guten Ansätze aus Ausgabe 2 werden wieder in den Wind geschossen. Billige Action und ein unkontrollierbarer Guerrero - das reicht nicht.
