  I listened on the Libby App and it was truly amazing! His outlook on life is so genuine and authentic and amazing. He is such a positive individual and when he felt himself off kilter, when he felt himself having a hard time staying true to himself, he detached from the outside looking in and made sure he grounded himself again. A man who traveled when he needed to, spoke when he needed to and listened when he needed to.
  
  A fan of bumper stickers and how life is full of greenlights and there’s signs and reasonings all along the way of this journey we are on.
  
  This book honestly was like inspirational and uplifting for me. I also appreciated he narrated it! Whether you read or listen, this was very very good!

  I LOVE Matthew!!! I read this on audible…such an interesting listen/read. He had my attention the entire book. His voice & story were captivating. Would recommend anyone to read.

  This was a reread. I typically do not doing biographies but reading and listening to him narrate his own audiobook had me loving this book all over again. If you haven’t read this book, you are missing out! Listening to the audiobook reminds me of his character from the “Dazed and Confused” movie and had me laughing so hard at areas I was crying! This is probably the best biography I have ever read and listened to the audiobook of it.

  Like becoming friends with M.M. You get some very vulnerable tales from his youth and a feel for how acting became his career. Green lights and red lights to point him in the right direction on anything from the car that suits best to what adventure is the right one. You end the book with a feel for his worldview and what matters most to him in his young adult life.

  I enjoyed this on audiobook especially since it was his voice narrating it! The book was so funny. My fave part that I remember the most was about his dad trying to flush the bird. I accidently deleted my review from when I first read it.

  Interesting to hear about his life story. I didn’t realize how devoted he is to God and his family, which I think is cool. It was nice hearing his story, I just don’t think it was as interesting as some other autobiography/memoirs that I’ve read recently. He does have a cool life story.
