A little bit outdated on the technology side but the business guidance is good. Short read with good actionable tips: how to find your from-home business, how to be creative (15 15 rule), etc...

This little book is one of my favorites. Michael makes a great argument for building a business of one. Obviously, this business model isn't for everyone but I believe everyone should read it. Too often people get grandiose ideas about their dream business when, if they were honest with themselves, they would realize that they don't have the business acumen or fortitude to build a full scale business - even a small one. But they might do really well if they have a very strategic, targeted focus that can be fairly straightforward and yet very profitable.

The first time I read it, everything about this book sounded perfect. Now that I am much more knowledgeable and experienced, much of what the author has to say come as common sense. It is still very useful though.
