Memories, An Alzheimer's Story Reviews

I did not understand why this author chose to write a book about this subject. They didn't know anything about it beforehand, and it felt like they learned as little as possible to make this book happen. I did not care for any of the family members by the end of the story as we didn't learn much about them. It was almost like a very generic outline of what could happen when a family member gets Alzheimer's, but no "meat and potatoes" to fill in said outline. I was disappointed in this book, and hope that people who are really looking for information or experiences in this serious subject matter, would look elsewhere.

Wasn't what I expected
When you write a story about something you only know through the internet it loses something. This book at times was like reading a manual and had no story line. A lot of times I was confused because the reference to the dog was he and had to re-read to make sure I actually hadn't missed a page.
