Graham and Theo go on a special cabin retreat for Valentine's day but get interrupted by Gela who is escaping an abusive ex. Together they all find love and the closure Gela needs before learning all they needed was s'more love.
This is meant to be fun and has adult material along with some context that could be triggering. Please read with caution, it may look sweet but there's a bit of fiery bite inside.

Yeah it’s exactly as advertised but I need more info on this world of sentient food. Is there sentient food Jesus? How does bathing work!
The reading experience sparks many important questions and ponderings I fear I may never get the answers to.
CW: explicit sexual content, abusive ex-partner, violence, attempted murder 😀 -
I want whatever the author was on while she wrote this
-
I am responsible for my own actions

I think I lost brain cells reading this

Listen. I am a lover of unhinged shifter romances but this featured actual food. Not shifters. Food. Sentient food. A graham cracker was in love with a chocolate bar and a marshmallow joined in.
I can’t decide if this was the best or worst thing I’ve ever read. This was just a wild ride. I didn’t understand any of the sex scenes because they somehow didn’t have arms? So they just slipped and slid all over each other and got crumbly or melty on one another?
I needed a laugh today and this book provided. It’s 21 pages so just DO IT.

Honestly just wanted to read something quick to be on schedule for my reading challenge. I have no words for what I’ve just read😅🫣

I don't ever need to read crumbly in the context of a sex scene again.

this is exactly how it feels being high

I don’t know what I was expecting, but these were good people. Graham and Theo (the chocolate bar person) are married and taking a couples get away when Gela (the marshmallow) barges in their cabin. Like people don’t believe in doors. Anyway disappointed in the lack of food peens. There was some smut but it seemed mainly like rubbing and melting on each other. They definitely made a s’more though.

I am left with nothing but questions except I think these are humanoid beings made of their respective medium and that’s the only way I can picture this. That said, this was for the kill count and nothing more. I only give this 3 stars because it was definitely interesting enough to read in less than 20 minutes. 🍫

Now at first I had my qualms because I love a good shifter moment but this was just … sentient food items. Tbh I still don’t really understand the physics of how that all worked, but it was hilarious. A fun quick read if you don’t take yourself too seriously. I hope there are other stories in this universe because my interest has been piqued.
