An incredible continuation of The Ritual from Goodwin. The intricacies of the folklore created here are superb. The only problem is I want more! Again, the atmosphere here is perfect. Everything you would want from a Christmas Horror Story.
I highly recommend picking up this series for the holidays. You won’t regret it! Reading these certainly reminded me how much I appreciate Goodwins writing and that I need to read WAY more in 2024. -

A sequel to the The Ritual released by Michael R Goodwin in 2021 this book does not disappoint. This short but chilling story is full of horror and lore, everything that makes a great folk horror story. An absolute must read this Christmas season.
