    This is a book about what Jerusalem looked like in 30 AD, about the time of Christ's death and resurrection. It does a pretty good job of modeling and/or showing photos of places that have been discovered corresponding to buildings/pools/walls at the time of Christ.

    The main takeaway is that Christians seem to have plopped down a church on virtually every possible site that might have anything to do with Christ's life. I haven't been to Jerusalem, but this seems kind of annoying to me.
