This book is so out of touch with today’s ways. It’s over 20 years old and cites companies who have gone bankrupt as exemplary. While some of the ideas might be great for retention of employee like bonuses… it is not practical for the social sector. If your boss is making you read this, run! They are out of touch and will decide you are not fit for their “bus.”

Just what I needed
Very good distillation of key concepts including the Hedgehog principle and the Flywheel Effect. A few typos and a diagram that didn't display correctly take my rating down a notch.
