    Very Informative Book!

Debbie Corso's book is very informative and well written. She used excerpts from her blog to teach readers that have Borderline Personality Disorder the benefits of using DBT therapy. Ms. Corso takes the time to throughly explain the skill she is highlighting, and she gives entertaining personal examples of how she has used each skill in her own life. Ms. Corso manages to engage the reader and make the reader feel as if they are a friend on the journey with her, and after reading the book I look forward to following her blog regularly. Ms. Corso should also be commended on compiling an excellent resource list at the end of the book; the resource section was a valuable section that greatly enhanced the book.

Thank you Debbie for writing this book!

"Healing from Borderline Personality Disorder" provides honest and helpful examples of DBT skills. I feel I have a greater understanding of DBT after reading this book and feel less alone on this journey! (I'm also a part of a DBT class Debbie runs and it is great to read the book while attending the class)
