Damien's pack of misfit wolves has finally settled down into their territory.
Nothing could be better...until everything goes wrong.
Excerpt:
Julia voice trailed off into a gasp as the reached the bottom of the staircase and rounded the corner into a huge cavern. Studded with stalactites, the ceiling of the cave was high and arched, the point of the roof retreating into darkness. The many wall-mounted torches gave the air an orange-red hue.
Damien was chained to one of the walls, his arms strung up at his sides.
Before Julia could process any of this, the werewitch said, "Help? Now I will help you more than ever. Ak-kar-ali-ma!"
And as she said this, her angelic voice became cracked and phlegmy, the voice of a shriveled, spiteful hag, a crypt keeper, and Julia's body was frozen still. The witch snapped up one hand to Julia's face and forced a vial between her lips. Julia screamed and thrashed and tried to wrench her head sideways, but the witch yanked Julia's head back and held her chin shut. Acidic liquid filled Julia's mouth. It burned, oh it burned!
Julia tried to spit it out but to no avail. She choked as the burning liquid slid down her throat, hot and sinister.
The witch snapped her finger and Julia fell to her hands and knees, coughing, retching.
"Julia!" Damien strained against his chains, wrenching his body out toward her; the jangle of the iron links echoed in the open space like a grating cackle. "Don't do anything to her! I'll fight! I'll--"
The liquid scorched down Julia's throat like a shot of extra high-proof alcohol, but unlike alcohol, the burn didn't fade. It intensified, it spread. Icy flames of agony licked through her body. Her skin broke out in sweat and gooseflesh at once as the angry fire branched through her chest and down, down--
Down to her womb.
"No," she breathed, pressing both hands to her stomach, the pain abruptly forgotten. Time seemed to freeze, trapping her in that initial moment of incredulous horror.
The steady soft beating that had become so much a part of her own self had suddenly stopped. She searched within herself for the sense of any presence, but her body was hollow, empty.
"NO!" she screamed, her fingers scrabbling across the skin as though she could find the life inside of her by hand. "What have you done?! What have you done?!"
"Julia!" Damien cried hoarsely. "Julia, what is it? What is--"
"What have you done?!"

Well that was...
I don't know what I expected but through the series I did not feel comfortable with the series.
I do not regret reading it but unfortunately I wasn't in love. I just couldn't get behind an alpha wolf who was blind.
Even with all that... I recommend. -
3.75 star's, It was a good read the only problem I had with the story is that Jordan had to die I wanted him and Mars to mate. But I did think that the story was more emotional than the other three books and I also felt sorry for Damien, all I can see is challenge up on challenges for his Alpha position because of his blindness. Hope in the future we will find out what's next in their pack lives
-
Well, that was...something. I thought I liked this series but it feels like it could have seriously used something. As a mini series this was lacking, but it it could be reworked into a whole story it would have had some seriously potential to be phenomenal.

Someone dies in the book and I did not like that at all. I am not sure how I feel about the book. An epilogue was in need
-
...I don't even have the words. The mystery and worrying had me turning the pages faster than ever to find the resolution. I absolutely LOVE this series!!!
-
this book remind me of that song by Frank Sinatra, And then I go and spoil it all by saying something stupid like "I love you". yes that song but change it I go spoil it all by doing something stupid like "I killed you". yep that will explain this last book.
it happen like get in line, I'll choose who will die soon. such a disappointed in the last installment. but then I remember does death is the beginning or the ending of life ?
this installment need to be read in order to understand. the sweet love is too sweet it made my tooth aches. but overall it's quite entertain.
pardon my grammar, yerrow power~~ -
This was the last book in this series. All I can say is, wth? This series was slow and I could not come to care for the characters. The heroine was insecure( through the whole series ) and whiney. The main male character, Damien , was not really an Alpha. He allowed too much shenanigans to occur. The only time I cared about anyone was when one of the pack members died. I don't know why I could not become more invested in the characters or the the sequence of events. This was just a very slow series for me .

The series all in all was good. Wish they weren't so short. Most end on a cliff hanger but you can read the entire series in less than 5 hrs.
I however still like they're story. The last book kind off disappointed at how the third wheel lonely person dies, wrong person to choose.
Even though this is the final installment in the series, the end still opens up to a possible sequel to where there might be a spin off the pack mates... -
Why did you have to do that Aubrey Rose!? Mix of emotions this book. I want to say things but that means spoilers so never mind.
I will talk about Mara though. I feel like I'm the most like her. If you read this book then you know why. I share the same thoughts as her. I'm not buff like her though so yeah.
Liked the ending of this book. I read these four books in like 15 hours. Maybe less idk. But I couldn't just stop reading. Cliff hangers are the monsters under my bed. Evil things. -
Bravo! Awesome ending for the Blind Wolf Series. Lots of action and intrigue; along with great struggles, fear, anger and loss but above all else is love. Very well done. A series that I will be revisiting again and again.

Alpha's Child was great. From the first book to end of this one, I was captivated. I enjoyed reading it. The ending ended great.
-
This one took a twist I was not expecting. I love the surprise twist that Aubrey throws your way in this book. Fast action pack read! Really enjoyed this shifter read.

Confused why Damien was still Alpha when he was blind. He had no other powers and his blindness held his entire pack back because he was also blind as wolf.
-
The idea of the series was promising but execution was lacking. The alpha, Damien is blind. Ok, so what if he gets the job done right? Well he also seemed weak and let too many things slide which I believe a real alpha should not. He seemed more like a deterrent to his pack than a true leader. Julia's lack of self esteem went through till the very end... frustrating that this idea was not fully developed to it's potential by the author.

I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS AUTHOR KILLED OFF MY FAVOURITE CHARACTER JORDAN !! IM FUMING !!!! OH MY god, the minute he died, the minute Damien went, "I'll always love you," I died too. I died with him. I'm a dead man. And that's why I headcanon that the witch saved Damien too and he's gonna turn up and be the gay doctor suffering from unrequited love with his bestie that we all love and know him to be.

This review is for books 1 thru 4. I give the series a solid 4 rating. This is one of the most interesting shifters stories that I have read. The plot is intriguing and the characters are great. I really enjoyed this series and I recommend it.

The series as a whole is decent, but it is all really one book!

I have enjoyed Damien and Julia's story and I think the author did a great job of pulling it all together in the end.
