Once again, a nice mix of actual history.
Mingled with the characters in the story.
I did find it a little loss of enjoyment.
Since one of the characters introduced first novel.
That was interesting and had potential as main ongoing character.
Just vanished, and seemed to be dropped.
Was expecting more interaction, between Coldiron's character.
Along with the kind of adopted daughter.
Still, it is a good take on the times of the old west.
During the civil war.
Worth the time to give it a chance. -
Luke Coldiron is bushwacked and left for dead. He survives and seeks revenge on the perpetrators. Insufficient story line and character development. Disappointing.

A convoluted tale with Luke Coldiron, A hard man and a harder man to kill and it seemed like everyone in this book tries just that

Like this one also. I hope this author continues writing good novels.
