I read the first half of this book prior to enrollng my children in swim lessons. Now that swim lessons have concluded this book has given me a variety of activites to do with my kids in teh pool to continue to improve their swmming skills. luckily I only have to focus on one non-swimmer, as the lessons results very well with my older child. Lots of photos in the book and special side-bar Q&As to answer specific questions.
