Raising Sons and Loving It: Helping Your Boys Become Godly Men Reviews

This book does a good job of pointing out some of the challenges facing boys growing up in today's society and how we as their parents and teachers can help them meet those challenges. It addresses the key differences between males and females and details what boys need specifically from each parent. I learned a lot and will keep this one and refer to it at different stages of my boys' lives.

I skimmed much of this book, although I found some good ideas. There were two main reasons: the book talks often about adolescence which we are a ways from, and there were portions that felt outdated. The fundamentals of raising boys may be the same, but I think there are some different challenges 15 years later.

Felt like just fluff to me.
