This is a fantastic read about the climate and animals of Antarctica. There are wonderful pictures of everything discussed. There are diagrams that explain processes of many things such as penguins sitting on eggs. There is also a glossary in the back of the book to help with you get readers.

This was just okay. For little kids or people new to Antarctica it might be a good jumping off point, but for an Antarctic nerd like me, it wasn't deep enough. My three-year-old nephew loved it. -
