As someone with a fair deal of graphic design and fine art knowledge, this book wasn't revolutionary. I knew a lot of what was written.
I do think this book could be really useful for people who aren't trained in visual arts, since visual communication is a skill that will soon be vital. -
Well worth the time, nicely structured to progressively develop its themes and your learning, while maintaining an overarching sense of authority and experience.
Going straight on the shelf along with a load of recommended further reading going on the shopping list.
