Just weird. Might appeal to young adults but I prefer books with a bit of vocabulary. This is a wordless graphic novel about a band of companions who are travelling together to help the main character Scarygirl.
Along the way they meet characters who are both good and bad before meeting Dr Maybee the protagonist. During the story, the characters get captured and rescued on numerous occasions before they are able to defeat Dr Maybee and return home. Some adult themes such as smoking, drinking, and drugging.
