Dream Yoga: The Tibetan Path of Awakening Through Lucid Dreaming Reviews
-
I have to rate this 5 stars. I listened to the audiobook and it is perfect. I have read a lot of material on Lucid Dreaming, but this says it all. If dreamwork and consciousness interest you, listen to this!
-
Very good as a crash course in lucid dreaming as well as mindfulness. Some great techniques in here for the beginner or the experienced alike.

I started this book three times and ditched it all those three times. I did start to memorize my dreams though, and have been working on it for about two years now. I used to never remember my dreams and now I remember 2 and sometimes 3 or more dreams a night - my first big step to lucid dreaming.
I admit it, lucid dreaming takes a lot of willpower and effort to actually concentrate on it, and I have been lazy. I even checked out galantamine that he recommended to ease my lucid dreaming entrance experience. oh well, right things come when they have to.
So, I finally finished the book, and to be honest, I did not expect to feel kind of, enlightedned, after the end of it. Can't completely explain what exactly got me, but I do feel like life is an illusion now, and maybe I did have to start three times only to finish it now and get so much out of it. Many more sources about the illusion nature of life started coming to me after Holecek's dream yoga.
I will surely listen to this ebook again, and will surely practice more of the day time and night time induction techniques. In the end, I am sure that lucid dreaming will become part of my life when I am ready for it.
Thank you Andrew -
Such a great insight into a rarely explored side of Awakening. It's interesting to think how powerful this practice really is, though probably due to the difficulty, how rarely explored. Define have added it to my portfolio of practices on the path to Awakening. See you here!

Very powerful book on the insight into the illusory nature of the mind - both conscious and subconscious. Describes how to practice mindfulness/awareness while dreaming. Gives great detail into the mechanics of the meditaion process... quite inspired me for my own potential.
-
A fascinating perspective
-
exceptional, mind opening, a must read for lucid dreamers..will write a bigger review later.
-
Profound
-
Taking my daily meditation practice to another level… highly recommend for those interested in this “path of awakening”.
-
Insights and exercises are given into lucid dreaming from a Buddhist perspective. The information is interesting and the exercises seem easy enough to implement if you have the interest to do so. There are probably other books on lucid dreaming that may be a better place to start.

Fabolous
-
I’m fascinated by lucid dreaming but struggled with the style of this book. The author is a collaborator with Steven Laberge which adds credibility to his techniques but I would recommend ‘Exploring the world of lucid dreaming’ over this.

Audiobook Reminded me of an easy technique for a better posture: opening the heart Duality Everything I experience in waking life should be considered a dream
