Amazing Animals!: Play-a-Sound (Baby Einstein) Reviews
-
good book for a seven year old to easily read, and check it off as "I can read" list.
-
We have lots of fun playing the wrong sound with the wrong animal!
-
Cute book. Each page has a drawing of an animal and then a real picture of that animal. It has a little rhyme with a fact about that animal, "This goat is called a kid, like you. Count his horns... one and two." When you press the animal's button, a child's voice says the animal's name and then you hear the sound. I like that. It says it's for 18 months and older.

(2018):This is one of Benji's favorites - especially now that he has figured out how to push the buttons! Each page has a one sentence rhyme about an animal, accompanied by an illustration and a real-life photo of the animal - plus there's a corresponding button for each that says the name and makes the animal noise. Fun!
(2022) And now it's one of Phoebe's favorites too! -
Ellie (20 mo) loves this book and it has helped her learn her animals and their sounds.

Kind of cute. The animal sounds are on point--except the kangaroo, which goes "boing." I guess they couldn't come up with one more animal that makes a legitimate sound.
