I got this for my daughter but decided to read it first.
It was a nice short ghost story. I think ya and Adult readers who love a light read will enjoy this book. -

People sell their houses for all sorts of reasons.
When this owner tells the Estate Agent the story behind his need to sell, the tale is a creepy one.
I found this a very enjoyable read, to tell you more would spoil the story. -
