Seducing Mr. Wrong never felt so right...
Prim and proper art gallery coordinator Elle Walser is no good at seducing men. Heck, she’s been throwing hints at her boss for months, but he’s completely clueless. Desperate to escape her mother’s matchmaking efforts, she comes up with a plan—buy some lingerie and climb into her boss’s bed. The plan goes brilliantly…until she accidentally seduces a sexy stranger instead.
Bad boy nightclub mogul Gabe Schultz just had the best almost-sex of his life. Too bad the smoking hot blonde thought he was his brother and bolted before he could finish what they started. Though her holier-than-thou attitude puts a serious damper his mood, Gabe’s never been one to give up on something he wants. And he wants Elle. But does a man who lives on the dark side really have a chance with a proper lady?

*About to break out my Julie Andrews voice*
Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens
Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittensBrown paper packages tied up with stringsOne great erotic book can make me sing
These are a few of my favorite things
This was just what I needed right now - mindless, happy, romantic fluff with no deep meaning other than to provide me with amusing entertainment for the evening.
Wrong Bed, Right Guy or WBRG as I will now lovingly refer to the book, started off as a lesson in why you should probably take a look at the person you're about to sleep with before letting them almost plow the field (What? I couldn't think of a term I wanted to use for sex, so that's what came to mind). Okay, so things started off a little silly and Elle might have come off originally as a judgmental brat, but who cares when it makes for great arguing? I have so much fun watching couples bug the hell out of each other when it's all too obvious that what they really want to do is jump each other's bones. It sure beats the heck out of watching dopey-eyed women who trip all over themselves with admiration.
"Don't call me babe. I'm not a floozy. Or a freaking talking pig."
That's right, girl. You tell him.
"Don't you ever let your hair down? If you did, it'd probably help with the stick you have shoved up your ass."
That's right, you sexy tatted-up man. Give it right back to her. I loved that even though Gabe obviously worshipped his "corn princess," he never once felt like he wasn't good enough for her (okay, there might have been a brief fleeting moment of questioning but it was no big deal). There were no martyrs to be found in this tale.
Checklist for what made this book awesome :
Banter.
Hot interludes with no cringe-worthy terminology.
Bad boy who was confident in his own skin, yet still admired the differences in his lovely good girl.
Funny scenes sprinkled throughout. The Sage allergy and following ransacking of the grocery store was priceless!
Short and sweet book that's easy to zip through without being too short and leaving you upset that you didn't get enough.
If you like fun and sexy smut, check this one out!

So you have a crush on your hot boss…
So you decide to slip into his bed and seduce him though he’s given you no indication that he likes you…
So it wasn’t him in the bed…
So it was his hot, bad-boy, tattoo covered brother… shoot!
So you decided to give him a chance and go on a date with him even though you have major prejudices against his “type”…
So you fall in love but then he kinda-sorta burns you and you run…
But then everything works out because this is a romance novel and that’s just what happens…
And then it ends... with you getting a tattoo…
Ps. What’s the deal with Nathan – is there a follow-up because I’m really curious. -
"You owe me a kiss, but I'm not taking it until you want it."
"As if that'll ever happen."
"Keep up the attitude and you'll be lucky it I don't make you beg for it."
3.5 STARS
I really liked this book. It had been on my TBR list for a while, and several times I had thought about reading it but let something else get in the way. I liked it, but didn't love it,....here's why...
Gabe
"Christ, babe. Don't you ever let your hair down? If you did, it'd probably help with the stick you have shoved up your ass."
The story begins with Elle going to seduce her boss. The first part of this book I will say I LOVED, ABSOLUTELY. She has these high expectations for what she thinks the man she ends up with should be like, and even though she's not overly attracted to her boss, she thinks he's the ideal guy and could make the perfect husband. So, like I said the seduction...things are getting heated. Both parties are way into it, until the guy in bed with her speaks and she realizes, DUN DUN DUNNNN, she is not in bed with who she is supposed to be in bed with. EEK!! ahaha, she scurries out of there completely embarrassed and wondering who she was just in bed with. She can't deny the attraction she had to him, but that's the problem she was attracted to him and the guys she's attracted to our the bad boys who break her heart.
Elle
"There's something really really attractive about him in a Neanderthal sort of way. Like you look at him and want to have him haul you back to his cave, and have his wicked way with you. I mean sure he's rough around the edges, but his tattoos are amazing and that mouth is just sinful."
Gabe thinks he's having a fantastic dream, however he soon realizes it's not a dream after all, there is a girl in his bed trying to get it on with him. But soon this mysterious woman, jumps out and runs away. He doesn't know who she is or what that was all about, but he does know he wants more. Once he talks to his brother, he finds out that the woman is his brothers assistant and he's going to find a way to get her in his bed again, no matter what. He feels a pull toward her that he can't stop thinking about and he's not going to fight it until he gets at least a date from her, even though he wants much much more. Of course life is never easy for Gabe, and Elle isn't going to make anything any easier on him. As hard as he tries with her, it never seems to be enough. He knows he should just let it go, but something about her he can't stop thinking about and he's determined not to give up yet.
I will say the main reason why I didn't love this story was because of Elle...and her mom. I loved loved loved Gabe. He was so sweet, caring, and sexy as all hell. I thought he deserved better than Elle. I got it, at first, that she had been broken hearted and had trust issues because of a dude. She was protecting herself from being hurt again, and with Gabe acting and looking so much like the ex that made it that much harder, but the guy was a total sweetheart. My gosh the night with the allergy attack....how much more perfect did she expect him to be. Not to mention the fact that she always acted like a T-Total bitch who was better than everyone toward him and he took it and kept coming back. Also, her mom drove me apeshit crazy. I totally respect my parents and elders, but at some point you have to take up for yourself and tell other people to butt out and let you live your own life. Elle didn't really have the back bone to do that, and it was annoying.
I wish the book could have been a little longer too. I'm reading the next one now and Ian mentions the fact that Gabe and Elle had had a sit down with her mom and also that I feel like we missed out on all of this and I really would have liked to read those parts. They sorta seem like big moments to not have got to be apart of. :(
Still I loved Gabe. I loved his POV and to me he made the story what it was. He was pure tattooed perfection and Elle was crazy to ever second guess herself with him. OF course in every book, there is the big climax, which I totally saw coming, but the way Gabe redeemed himself, was just...sigh...so so good. Like I said, I've already started the next book, I'm like half way through it and loving it and can't wait for more. Even though I complained about Elle during this review I still liked the book and still recommend it because Gabe is a guy that is totally worth reading about. :) -
2,5 Entretenidillo y poco más. La trama del primer libro de la trilogia Come Undone me ha parecido poco creíble y algo floja, tras lo mucho que me gustó “Lo quiero todo” de la misma autora. No sé si seguiré con el resto.

I have two words for this book. Holy hotness! The new Brazen line from Entangled Publishing has knocked it out of the park with this one. The first chapter of WRONG BED, RIGHT GUY alone had me hooked. This book was hilarious, HOT, and heartfelt all at once. Gabe is one of the hottest hero’s on the market ladies. Trust me when I say you want to read this one. Tattooed and sexy to the extreme, Gabe had me swooning before Elle ever got the bedroom light on in the first chapter. And it was so much fun watching Elle come out of her shell as she falls for this bad boy with a sweet center. Katee Robert is absolutely brilliant with dialogue that will leave you laughing and love scenes that will leave you weak in the knees. This one gets a big five star rating from me. If you love fun sexy contemporary romance, you need to pick this one up! One of my favorite reads of the year!

After coming off a disaster of a relationship, Elle swears off the stereo-typical bad-boys that she’s usually attracted too. She no longer trusts her judgment and decides to go for someone a little more refined like her boss, Nathan. But it seems life has other plans for her because her brilliant plan of seducing her him goes horribly wrong with hilarious and HOT results.
Gabe is minding his own business, sleeping at his brother, Nathan’s loft when an unknown woman joins him in bed. Things couldn’t get better from his standpoint. All this ends when Elle finally figures out it’s not Nathan in bed with her and flips out. Gabe is exactly the type of guy she would pick, with “gorgeous brown eyes, too-masculine face, perfectly shaped lips and so much ink,” his looks “screamed Bad Boy.” Gabe, however, is intrigued and a little bewitched. Elle is the innocent good-girl type, a departure from the usual woman he goes for, but she definitely captured his attention. Had to laugh at this: ”Ruffles and satin and….more ruffles. What it God’s name was this chick wearing?”Gabe wants to see if they have anything more than smoking hot chemistry, and see where it could go. Gabe’s tired of the one-night stands that have become the norm to him, and he’s starting to think he needs a change. Could Elle be what he’s looking for?
This scenario had me cracking up in the first few pages. The opening scene is cringe-worthy for sure, but haven’t you ever thought of doing something daring like that? I loved both of these characters but Gabe was the star of the show to me. He was so sweet and caring, quite the opposite of what Elle thought he was just going by his looks. She can’t help but be won over, along with the rest of us! Elle's prejudice of Gabe was a little annoying at times, but I could understand not wanting to be hurt again. Plus, you have to love the girl's taste in reading material! Everyone loves a good bodice ripper! There was very little frustrating drama in this story which made it so fun to read, and there was a good amount of spice that had me fanning myself more than a few times!
This is a relatively short story, only 144 pages but it felt like just the right amount of romance, sizzle and humor. Another great pick from Smut Monday Club! -
I read this book years ago. I guess it still happens that I stumble upon a book that I have read and haven't marked down as read.

DNF :(
No. Just No.
There is a possibility that this gets better if I were to believe the reviews but I can't bring myself to continue after the complete and utter absurdity of the first chapter. -
Wrong Bed, Right Guy is the first installment in
Katee Robert’s adult contemporary romance series titled: Come Undone. This book has all the components of a tried and true romance novel: an introduction of characters, the eventual heated romance that ensues, the avoidable conflict, and the happy resolution. But
Wrong Bed, Right Guy adds a fun addition to its introduction: an intimate misunderstanding (thus the name). Our sweet leading lady, Elle has had a crush on her boss for a while, so when she decides to seduce him in the dark as a way of letting him know (‘cause you know verbal communication is underrated), she finds someone else in his bed...her boss’s brother who happened to be sleeping at his place the same night. Oh, yeah – she realized he wasn't who she thought he was about one orgasm too late. Too bad for her right? I know I make it sound kind of ridiculous, but the storyline actually worked. The main characters were likable, the romance was sexy, and I was hopeful things would work out. Overall, I liked this book. I wasn't crazy about it nor do I feel any urgency to continue the series, but I would recommend it as a quick and easy afternoon read. -
I think this had the potential to be a cute little romance, but unfortunately it just didn't do it for me. I liked Gabe a lot, but Elle not so much. I really couldn't get into them as a couple at all. Just a very average read for me.

1.25⭐️
My library bought what looks like most of Katee Roberts’ backlist. Mercifully this insta-love mess—with a truly irritating FMC and premise—was short. -
I thoroughly enjoyed this light, sweet and steamy story! It started off so well and just kept getting better the whole way through the book! Gabe was a delicious tattooed bad boy that ends up being accidentally seduced in the middle of the night by Elle!
Elle thinks she is climbing into bed with her boss who she has a serious crush on but SURPRISE...lol, it turns out to be the wrong guy!
The whole premise of the book was a breath of fresh air and the writing was so good! I can't say it enough, I just really loved it! Gabe had me swooning for him and wanting to eat him up! He was just yum!!!
If you like smutty books with a HEA, then this is the book for you! It was short and happy and one of those books that leave you with a huge smile on your face :D -
I was really looking forward to reading this book. I thought it sounded cute and fun. I was hoping for a quick, light read. Unfortunately, that’s not what I got.
The premise is cute. I love the whole misunderstanding in the beginning. It’s totally unrealistic and would never happen in a million years, but that’s sometimes what makes a great FICTIONAL romance novel. It’s an escape from reality, so I can suspend belief for a while and just enjoy. My problem with this book was the snarky heroine. She was a total bitch.
I was out of the house listening to this book on audio in my car. If I hadn’t been listening in the car, unable to get another book, I would have given up on this one in the beginning. I honestly can’t believe what a bitch the heroine was. Why oh why would the hero ever want that kind of woman in his life? I think the author made her this way to create conflict and friction between the characters, but for me it didn’t work at all. Elle created the entire situation they were in and then she got mad and bitchy at the hero because of her stupid mistake. She even got angry with him when he brought her flowers and she had an allergic reaction, as if he’s supposed to know she’s allergic.
In my opinion, this was not a good match. Gabe was a nice guy and definitely too good for Elle. Her attitude got a bit better in the middle, but she reverted again at the end. She made a stupid assumption and went back to her snarky ways. There was a scene where Gabe was questioning if he wanted the trouble of such a high maintenance woman in his life, and I was rooting for NO. Dump the bitch. It does not bode well for a romance when I’m rooting against the Happily Ever After. -

SUMMARY (55 words or less)
The set up of this book is a familiar one, but somehow this author made it her own. I was nervous in the beginning, but I hung in there to enjoy the ride. Gabe is the perfect guys. Part bad boy, part prince, but he was certainly worth reading about. Oh Elle, too, lol.

The blurb was really catchy and I expected it to be good.
But there really was no chemistry between the MCs. I found the heroine really annoying and uptight to be honest. Although Gabe was really a sweetheart.
I tried but couldn’t finish it. 😑 -
This book would have been SO much better for me if the heroine, Elle, weren't such a condescending b*tch.... I understand that she has personal baggage (everyone does). But in the grander scheme of things, if her "trauma" is the worst thing that ever happens to her, she should consider herself EXTREMELY fortunate.
I usually enjoy novels that feature an "enemies to lovers" theme. (Heck, "Beautiful Bastard" is one of my favorite novels of all time). Unfortunately, "Wrong Bed, Right Guy" failed to work since the heroine's initial dislike of the hero has less to do with his "personality" & more to do with her "prejudices." The hero (Gabe) is such a wonderful guy-- kind, gorgeous, a self-made man, a hard worker, & the successful owner of a tattoo parlor & a chain of nightclubs. However, Elle fails to see him in this light. She is extremely haughty, & she looks down on his career. She doesn't think that he's sophisticated or wealthy enough, & when she learns that he has a few tattoos on his body, in addition to owning a chain of nightclubs, she immediately assumes that he & the people he associates with are "trash." When Gabe takes Elle out to lunch for the first time, she sneers at the restaurant because she thinks that it's dirty & low-class, and she lets Gabe know it!!! Elle has absolutely no problem conveying to Gabe every negative thought or criticism that crosses her mind. Her ongoing commentary is so vicious that the once-confident Gabe actually starts to doubt himself... and he spends the rest of the novel wondering if he could ever be good enough for this Prima Dona.
The hero in this novel is everything that a hero should be... & the heroine is a whiny, elitist, ungrateful snob who is COMPLETELY undeserving of the hero. *1.5/5 stars* -
This was a fun book to read and love the opposite attraction. It reminded me a little of
The Longest Ride where the characters were opposites too (art and bullrider). Well in this case she climbed into the wrong bed and got herself the right guy. I guess messing up isn't always a bad thing especially when you get the right guy but Elle needs to wake up and see for herself. :) Definitely going to continue reading this series. -
3.5 stars
Wrong Bed, Right Guy by Katee Robert is a nice little diversion. It’s cute, sweet, and has some hot and steamy moments.
Sick of being single, Elle comes up with a plan to seduce her boss Nathan. She enters his apartment dressed in frilly lingerie and slips into bed with who she thought was Nathan and proceeds to seduce the sleeping man. When she realizes that the man in the bed was not Nathan, she is horrified and runs out of the apartment. Little did she know that she was in bed with Nathan’s brother Gabe.
What follows is a cute love story with just the right amount of steaminess. The usual misunderstandings ensue, but Elle and Gabe have a lovely chemistry about them. I loved Gabe’s character. Gorgeous, sculpted, tattooed – Gabe was the epitome of the bad boy that Elle had tried to avoid. I enjoyed Gabe’s character and I loved how he took care of Elle when she had an allergic reaction. Gabe had just the right amount of alpha caveman in him.
I found Elle a little frustrating, but understandably so. Elle had an overbearing mother who constantly meddled in Elle’s love life. Elle had some trust issues due to a bad past relationship. I did find that Elle did jump to conclusions a little quickly, but overall, she was an interesting character.
Wrong Bed, Right Guy was a fun little read. I recommend this book to those who enjoy contemporary romance. There are 2 more books planned for this series – one about Nathan (yay!) and the other about Ian. I can’t wait to read more books by this author.
Thank you to Entangled Publishing for a review copy of this book.

Easy breezy-typical chick lit formula. Nothing that knocked my socks off, except the chemistry between Gabe and Elle was pretty hot, Gabe was HOT!

I dont know if this book could have been better as a short novella or if it just needed at least 100 more pages but it really didn’t work for me at its current length. The author didn’t take the time to develop a real conflict and just had the heroine act like a psychotic wreck in one moment and the next, had her as the picture of maturity. WTH? People don’t change so quickly and having the heroine do a 180 just to tie things with a vow was very silly.
Elle was a very unappealing character from the beginning. She judges men by their outside appearance and almost considers them a piece of meat: she decides to seduce her boss when he clearly has given her the ‘NO’ sign as if he doesn’t have a say in whether he wants to sleep with a woman. Then she’s so immature that she blames Gabe when she finds herself with the wrong guy. Of course, she didn’t stop to consider that it was the height of unprofessional behavior to try to force her boss’ hand (so to speak) and put him in the very uncomfortable position of having to reject her or give her a pity fuck. This of course, it’s never even mentioned or discussed. If you make such a big mistake, I expect a mature person to at least acknowledge it but that’s not the kind of woman Elle is.
I really don’t know why Gabe was interested in Elle besides the mystical “I’ve never felt with a woman how I felt with her.” Elle wasn’t really that interesting and she had almost a childish view of men: guys with tattoos are bad boys and guys with no tattoos are respectable. He immediately started thinking HEA, even though at the beginning she mightily rejected who he was. The story of his childhood came out forced and I couldn’t believe in a million years that man like Gabe would start sprouting his deeper, darker secrets to a woman who never inspired any confidences.
The conflict at the end was outrageous and I cannot believe any man would ask forgiveness when he did nothing wrong. She acted like a crazy psycho and most men would have been on their knees thanking the stars they got rid of her. I could have found the situation more palatable if SHE had realized on her own how crazy she had acted and asked for HIS forgiveness, but
like in that other book I hated, again we have a woman acting in a idiotic way and then having the guy take the blame. Yes, she realized at the end she had been wrong, but it came after he reached out to her with a grand gesture and when she came to apologize, she seemed so well grounded as to almost seem unrecognizable.
Overall, a weak romance with a unpleasant heroine. -
"Tonight she was seducing her Mr. Right"
What a great first line to this book. I was right there with Elle from that line sneaking into the room and trying to find the courage to seduce her boss. There is no holding back in this book, you get right down to some sexy scenes before chapter one is over! Elle has climbed into bed with a total stranger...
"Which meant Elle was buck-naked and wantonly riding the wrong guy."
Awkward right? That only lasts a minute and then you meet Gabe! Hello sexy man! I adore books that have both POV's; I don't want to guess what is going on in his/her head and I want to know. Being inside Gabe's head is one hell of sexy read.
Elle and Gabe are unsure how to deal with this situation; almost having mind blowing sex with total strangers but it's a good thing they have a few things in common, like Gabe's brother Nathan. The one Elle was trying to seduce!
Gabe is the biggest sweetheart with his gruff exterior. The tattoos, the one on his shoulder made me love him more than I already did, and the reasons behind them were great. I love it when an author does things for a reason, not just to have it there because they can. Gabe's tattoos are a part of him, a big part, and it gives us deeper emotions for him. His feelings for Elle had me melting from the beginning.
"But none of those women had made him think about waking up next to them on a regular basis. He'd obviously lost his mind."
Elle was easily to relate to. Her conversation with Rox in the bar when she puts her foot in her mouth was perfect. The opposites attract story line was done well and oh so sexy. Have a mentioned this book was sexy? Gabe has some great lines, I love it when the sexy scenes are in his POV because you get lines like this:
"I could spend days with my mouth between your legs, and never be satisfied."
Gabe, oh Gabe!
Wrong Bed, Right guy is a fun sexy read. It fit my mood perfectly and did not disappoint. I hear there is a book in store for Nathan and I can't wait to find out his secrets! -
The First Line: “Tonight she was seducing Mr. Right.” ..This is going to be good. ;)
If you love bad boy heroes with a heart, heroines who need a little saving from themselves, and a steamy smut overload in a story short enough to read in an afternoon - You're at the right place.
---------------------
Elle is such an awesome heroine. She is the character everyone can relate too even though in all honesty, I pegged her as a 'Mary Sue' at first. (Doing everything she can to become a stereotype and to fit people into neat little boxes.) She has been hurt and finds it difficult to trust. Any girl can sympathise with that I am sure. Enter Gabe. Man that guy is hot! I seriously wanted to shake Elle sometimes because she was always fighting him. If a guy like Gabe took an interest in me puh-lease! I'd be right there! I'd probably attack the guy and scare him off. As soon as she saw his tattoos *drools* I was sold. Oh yes... I am a BIG tattoo fan, so yeah, Gabe is so my kinda guy. He is amazing and I adore him. If any girl reads this book and doesn't fall in love with Gabe..well there is just something wrong with you in the head because he is perfect, caring, sweet and did I mention HAWT?
My favorite thing about this book was the humor. From the beginning, I felt Elle’s embarrassment and Gabe’s confusion. More than once I found myself laughing out loud. Which of course earned me 'Are you high?' looks from my younger siblings..But hey! Atleast they didn't have to witness what happens when I DON'T like a book. This week. x]
Just thank Sweet-Baby-Jesus that Gabe was smart enough to listen to Nathan! Cause if he wouldn't of been and Katee would of wrote the cliched 'months later after absolute stupidity and stubbornness they get back together' -
*cough* Crash *cough* my rating would of went way down.
It is a really cute story with a 'WTF' moment in the beginning, angst in the middle and a HEA (aka: Happily Ever After) in the end. What more can you ask for in a contemporary romance novel? -
If Wrong Bed, Right Guy is an indication of the type of books Entangled Publishing will produce with its new Brazen imprint, then sign me up to read every one! WBRG was a fantastic steamy hot read with exceptionally well-written characters. The cover is exceptional, the blurb hooked me and the opening line of the book had me sold.
Elle Walser is looking for love - with someone safe. After being badly burned by her bad boy ex-boyfriend, Elle decides to swear off bad boys forever. She decides to seduce her boss, Nathan, because even though there is no spark, he represents ‘safe’ to her.
Gabe Schultz is tired & lonely. He owns nightclubs all over the West Coast as well as a tattoo parlor. He chooses to stay on the road or with his brother, Nathan, just so he doesn’t have to go home to an empty house. When he comes home from a long trip and crashes at his brother’s, he never realized the woman of his dreams would crawl into bed with him.
What follows is a endearing love story filled with misconceptions, misunderstandings, trust issues and finally acceptance and total love . Elle can’t let the past go and refuses to see past Gabe’s exterior to the person within. She doesn’t trust what her heart and body tell her. Instead she over thinks and pushes Gabe away. Gabe is in love and admittedly doesn’t know how to react. He’s never cared enough about someone to want to place their needs above his, until Elle. What endeared me to him was the way he took care of Elle when she was sick. He grabbed my heart, as well as hers.
Fantastic first book for Entangled’s Brazen imprint and exceptional first book in a series for Katee Robert. I can’t wait to read more in her Come Undone series - hopefully we’ll get Nathan’s story next!

“Don’t call me babe. I’m not some floozy. Or a freaking talking pig.” – Elle
…..
“That’s a problem for you, I take it. Christ babe, don’t you ever let your hair down? If you did, it’d probably help with the stick you have shoved in your ass.” – Gabe
Oh the flanter flirty banter in this book was great! Made me giggle.
Long story short.
Elle works for Nathan and has decided she wants him. Plan is to sneak into his bed and have her way with him.
She sneaks into the bed alright, only after she has a phenomenal orgasm from some hands that seriously know what they are doing does Elle realise it’s not Nathan.
It’s his brother Gabe.
Gabe is droolworthy… Tattoos EVERYWHERE! Built like a romance novel hero (he he!) and a reformed bad boy. What more could a girl want?
Well apparently Elle doesn’t want him. She wants a good steady man to give her 2.5 kids.
So we read from Gabe and Elle’s POV.
Badda bing-badda boom. This happens, that happens, they fight, they make up- HEA.
The reason it has 4 stars instead of 5 is because the big "fight" shit me to tears.
Predictable from the get go. GREAT sex scenes. And as mentioned above Gabe is HAWT!
Can’t go wrong for a quick read with some hot scenes. -
First I thought the title was kind of meh.. because how the hell could you go into the wrong bed and seduce a guy... but then find mr. right?!?! Seems highly unrealistic..but I decided to go ahead with this book and read it.
Wrong Bed, Right Guy is definitely about that situation. Elle wants to seduce a guy. However, she goes into the wrong bedroom.. and seduces that guy's brother. Now I'm all for Gabe because he was hot AF. Oh and his brother is her boss... talk about crazy!
Of course their chemistry is on fire. Gabe thinks he is in the best dream ever.. only to realize that there really is someone else in his bed. Elle realizes that once this guys speaks.. he isn't her boss. So she does want any normal person would do: she runs out of that room embarrassed AF.
Then there's the back and forth and I just wanted to slap Elle because GABE IS PERFECT FOR HER! She needs to stop trying to so hard.. and he really needed to stop chasing her. I loved Gabe, he was perfect in my eyes. However, Elle and her mom were just annoying twats throughout most of this book. Again, I just wanted to slap her countless times. Maybe give her a brain and new eyes.. because Gabe was everything!
Overall, it could've been a little bit better in my eyes. However, it was still enjoyable with a dash of frustration. I will totally dive into the second book of this series. Hopefully I wont be bald by the end of that book... -
I really liked this one, Katee Robert has a new fan! It was a quick read that was written in a way that still had me loving the characters and hooked on their story. Elle and Gabe had such a crazy start to their relationship, but I love how he didn't give up on her!
The opening scene caught me off guard, this story really hits the ground running and gets you hot and bothered from the start! As soon as it's revealed what's going on, I knew I was going to love Gabe and thoroughly enjoy this story. It definitely set the tone for their romance, too, because they had some very spicy scenes together!! Elle starts out judgmental thanks to her upbringing, but Gabe really brings out the real Elle and encourages her to be herself. They both have some preconceived notions about each other, but they eventually realize (with the help of some friendly advice) how stubborn they were being. I liked the progression as they tried to figure each other out, it was both sweet and sexy. There was just a little heartbreak, lots of steaminess, and memorable characters to enjoy all in one package!
My only complaint with this book would be that I wanted more!! I would have loved to have this story extended or beefed up with more time with the characters, but then I know I say that about all of the shorter stories I enjoy! =) Great quick romance read, definitely recommend it! -
DNF’s @ 35%
I couldn’t stand the heroine and would rather DNF than put myself through another minute of being in her head. -
This was just what I needed, as a great "in-between" book. You know the kind where it is not too intense, and it is just a nice light, sexy, entertaining read! My only complaint would be that the heroine at times was annoying to me. There was a point in the story where I thought to myself, "she is an adult, why the heck is she acting like an insecure child?" Other than that though, the story was refreshing and I am eager to read the next book that comes out.
The story begins with straight and narrow Elle finally taking the plunge to seduce her boss who she has been lusting over for quite some time. Over she goes to sneak into his bed for a steamy night of loving; but ends up jumping in bed with his brother instead! Nightclub and Tatoo parlor owner, Gabe Schultz gets a very pleasant surprise one night when a gorgeous woman slides into bed with him. Being the gentleman he is, he sets out to please her; which he does very well, before she figures out she is with the wrong guy! Gabe decides this angel in his bed is someone worth pursuing, as she is not like the ladies he is accustomed too. Even though Elle has issues from her past, these two set out to become aquainted and find out that sometimes opposites do really attract.
This book is not a book that goes into huge details and explanations of who the characters are, it is a fairly quick and easy read. It is entertaining though, and some of the mishaps that happen had me laughing out loud more than once! An allergic reaction comes to mind, and it melted me how Gabe stepped up to the plate and nurtured Elle back to good health! There were a few sex scenes in this book as well, and the chemistry that these two have for one another is explosive, and had me begging for more! I look forward to the next book in the series, as there were a few secondary characters that I am dying to learn more about.
If you are looking for a fast paced, easy going, steamy story, this is for sure the book to read. -
Entangled has done it again! I can't say enough about this book because I started to read it and I could not put it down. Elle and Gabe sizzle from the very beginning and they only get better as time passes.
Elle is as straight as you come. She is Mrs Manners and I love it! She suppresses her feelings for her boss until one day she decides she is going to tell Nathan her boss just how she feels. The only thing is is that Elle is shy and she has been dropping hints to Nathan that she is into him and he has not acknowledged them. So she hatches a plan to sneak in his bed one night and seduce him.She is dressed in lingerie and sneaks up to his bedroom and enters his bed. She starts kissing him and getting ready to sleep with him when she realizes that the man in the bed is not her boss Nathan but a complete stranger. As she figures this out she high tails it out of there because she is so embarrassed. How could she not have realized that the man she was kissing and doing other things to was not Nathan?
Gabe is Nathan's older brother and back in town for a few months to check on his night clubs and get a break. When he is sleeping he thinks he is having a great dream because he is dreaming about a girl whispering and kissing him only when he opens his eyes a woman is there. They kiss and when Gabe asks her something she bolts. He isn't sure what just happened but he knows he has to have that girl. She is like sunshine to his cloudy day. She is something special and he wants her real bad. The only thing is will he find out who she is? Will they be together? Can he change his bad boy ways? Can he commit and be with one girl? Will Elle let her guard down?
Come along for the greatest ride of a lifetime with some swoon worthy men! Entangled I said it before but I will say it again you guys have the corner market on romance! -

★★★★☆ (This is a review of the audiobook.) I’ve never heard Kasha Kensington narrate before and she does a nice job. Good differentiation of voices, good pacing, good enunciation. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the heroine a whole lot. Still, Ms. Kensington does a good job on all the highs and lows of this chick’s various tones and moods.
I haven’t read anything by this author before, either. However, I’ll try her again. The hero, Gabe, is simply to die for. The heroine, Elle, was supposed to be shy and sweet; nevertheless, she was pretty bitchy to him. I did like her previous experience setting her up for her reactions, but it came on too strong at the beginning and some of it grated on my nerves later. Still, some of the storeline was fun. And the hero really does save the day. **sigh**
