Very helpful book. This book is from 2003, and I'm waiting for her newer one, "Ghostwriting: The Complete Guide" through inter-library loan so i can decide which one to buy, since I definitely need to keep this information close.
The only downside was that there were a large number of typos, especially for a book about writing - maybe the newer book won't have them.
