  I wish this fantastic and engaging science fiction tale was translated into English for the whole worldwide audience to enjoy. The story takes place in the distant future, where human civilization is organized around an interstellar empire modeled on the 19th century Imperial Germany and Third Reich. While harboring a dark legacy in its symbolism, the Empire is a progressive force across the human colonized universe, and is a beacon of prosperity and scientific progress. But not everyone is happy to live under the imperial rule, and the inhabitants of the planet called New Crimea are no exception. For centuries they harbored the dream of freedom and their leaders had finally come up with a plan of liberation. Their mission is simple: use a spy to infiltrate the imperial military ranks, and discover the Empire's darkest secrets about the alien contact and its influence on human civilization. The novel is complex and well structured, and above all very engaging and there is never a dull moment. This novel is a superb sequel to its predecessor "Skull on the Sleeve." What makes it do great?
