An interesting account of one woman's choices of treatment after being diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. Placed on a watch & wait programme which meant not having any treatment, Cathie chose to adopt a nutritional regime which included juicing and other ideas which, incredibly helped her body to heal completely from it.

Inspirational and an eye opening first hand account of the power our bodies have to heal when given all the means to do so. Highly recommend this to anyone who has either themselves; or a close friend/family member, that has been given that horrible three word diagnosis.
