I didn't read every word in the book though I was able to glean some good tips. I was disappointed in the BMI chart as I know what I am from my doctor and the chart placed me at 4 or 5 points higher. I shouldn't have expected the charts to be applicable as I never match them but it is still disappointing since it puts me into the fat unhealthy category rather than the normal healthy one.
