Genius! Knight makes day out of this long enduring inspirational writer. Knight sheds light on how to properly read, interpret, and use Ellen G. White's classic library, covering such topics as common sense, and proper communication.

I’ve said all that I can say about George R. Knight’s series on Ellen White. I’ve written papers on these books and used a bunch of quotes. While mostly successful in what he’s trying to accomplish, he brushes over what I find to be important issues. If I had read this on my own (I wouldn’t have) I think I would have enjoyed this more, instead of being forced to read it, and then write 4 pages about it. -
The content is good, the style is a little annoying. Feels like Sunday school.

Learned quite a bit about how to best read Ellen White's writings without becoming one of those folks who quote her endlessly out of context (which really annoyed her) or who attribute things to Ellen White that she did not write. I have been reading the Conflict of the Ages series (am on The Desire of Ages) and other writings and am just now beginning to feel that I understand most of what I read. I have a great respect for her writing and her Spirit of Prophecy.

An interesting read of a believer's rationalizations and interpretations of his prophet's voluminous and sometimes contradictory directives.
