I’ve made my fortune from liberation, but I’m far more comfortable with discretion.
I’ve built the pre-eminent sex club in London, but I don’t play there.
Not publicly, anyway. Not beyond its darkest corners.
I talk the talk, but I don’t walk the walk. Not like my male co-founders do.
Because I’m the immaculate one. The flawless, perfectly turned-out woman who’s cultivated her glacial facade so carefully she’s scared the slightest smear will ruin it.
I want to run a sex empire and be taken seriously in the old boys’ club that is the business world. I want to be the poster child, not the plaything.
So I stay polished. Tasteful. Beyond reproach.
Until Anton Wolff joins Alchemy. He’s the UK’s most charismatic billionaire, and he’s looking for a club that’s as discreet as it is debauched. As classy as it is carnal.
I think I’ve seen it all, until he shares what he desires from his Alchemy experience.
And what he desires, above all else, is me.
The pull is mutual.
The tension is unbearable.
And the risk that he unveils me, seduces me into abandoning any vestige of control, is very, very, real.
I think I’m afraid of the Big, Bad Wolff.
Unveil (Alchemy, #3) Reviews
-
Unveil is book 3 in the Alchemy series that centers around a sex club in London. This series has been such a delight to dive into and so much fun!
Gen runs the club, Alchemy, with her 3 best friends (2 of them have had their own books already). And while Gen has an utterly fulfilling sex life within the club, she’s had a lackluster time of outside of the club with her dating life. Around the same time she’s due to interview a new prospective member, billionaire Anton Wolff. Anton sets his sights on Gen from the start and I loved seeing him he the pursuer and convince her to give them a try. While dominant in most things, Anton is also just super nurturing and as Gen describes him “a cuddly teddy bear”.
This was a quick read! It’s easy to just devour the books in this series and I loved Anton & Gen’s chemistry. I liked how all-in Anton was, he is so fully immersed and passionate about all aspects of his life, including Gen. Their romance is more slow burn, but we get tons of spicy times before that! While the books in this series have all ended in monogamous HEAs, we get plenty of group activities times before. Along with group activities, this book includes voyeurism, exhibitionism, domination, submission, and some bondage. We also get an age gap (she’s 36, he’s 52) and trips to the South of France together to scout possible pop-up club options! This also perfectly setup the next book/couple.
Thanks so much to the author for an ARC, all thoughts in this review are my own. Unveil is out August 25, 2023. -
This Wolff will forever be wild at Hart
Another sophisticated, smart, sexy, and swoony book by Sara Madderson, writing as Elodie Hart!
I was fortunate to read an advance review copy of book three in the Alchemy series. This author never disappoints. She always finds fresh and inventive ways to add even more spice (The scene in the office… shivers) to her books, while somehow making her characters, who are fabulously rich, also very human (his apology).
Anton may be a wolf in both boardroom and bedroom, but he is also caring and treats Genevieve like the treasure she is. Gen is a woman with the patrician looks of a porcelain doll (but with a backbone of steel), who needs her equal to understand and unveil her true desires. Only a Wolff in a bespoke suit is up to the task.
Every time I read a new book by this author, she somehow manages to surprise me. The women especially, show such growth and gentle strength. I don’t know how she does it. She transmutes words into book gold. The alchemy is real! -
Oh. My. God. I loved the first two Alchemy books and this one was no different. I honestly wasn’t sure how much I’d like Gen but I absolutely looooved her character development shown throughout the book, and I completely understand her ice queen persona she puts on. Anton was the absolute perfect partner for her and, as Gen said, the right mix of alphahole and teddy bear. Their relationship development was great to see.
And of course, as always with these books, the spice was spiiiiicy🔥🔥🔥
Cal’s book was set up perfectly and I cannot wait to read about the woman who finally makes him settle down. I also looooved that sneaky little Darcy tid bit and am cautiously optimistic the Alchemy family will continue on after Cal’s book.
**extra special thank you to Eloide/Sara and her team for the eARC I received in exchange for an honest review** -
Every time I think this series can’t get hotter… IT SURPRISES ME!!
Usually extra spicy books have the spice just for the sake of it, but each book in the Alchemy Series has a depth that always gets to me right to my very core. In this book Gen and Anton have a dynamic that had me on the verge of calling 911 because is it hot in here or am I having a heath stroke, in the middle of winter?
And once again I felt represented with the FMC because Gen really wants to own her sexuality but she’s been raised to be all proper and enter Anton with his shameless personality and sex appeal. But then he’s not only a mindless f** boy but he is so into every part of her and he is so committed to her from the moment he sees her for the first time… I NEED AN ANTON ASAP (yes, I know that I say this about pretty much every mmc Sara/Elodie writes but this only speaks about how great MMCs they are)
Gen is the perfect ice Queen until she isn’t and Anton it’s the perfect match with all his fire. And I love fire and ice with my entire heart. And every one of this books, once I finished them, I can’t stop thinking about them and I think that’s a really good parameter of how amazing a book is. -
If you thought the first two books in the Alchemy series were scorching hot, prepare an ice bath in which to immerse yourself while reading book #3! In Unveil we’ve once again been invited to a peek into the decadent lifestyle of rich and beautiful people in and out of the exclusive sex club, Alchemy.
This time we’re witness to Genevieve as she wrestles with her attraction and desire to submit to billionaire Anton Wolff while maintaining dominance in her personal life. Anton has burned through three marriages, unable to find someone to match his intelligence as well as his kinky needs. Until Genevieve. All this Big Bad Wolff has to do is convince her they’re soulmates.
Elodie Hart/Sara Madderson’s writing is wonderful and Oh my goodness she commands a sex scene like a true Dom. -
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨
This is my favourite of the series so far!! I feel like this book gave me Highest Bidder vibes but better? It basically was what I was hoping for with that book
Billionaire, age gap, sex club -
Unveil is book three in the Alchemy series. Though it can be read as a standalone and ends with a HEA, readers starting with book one will have the advantage of knowing how the kink club, Alchemy, has been evolving. This is written in first person from an alternating dual POV.
Gen (36) is the only female owner of the four owners of Alchemy. She has been friends with Zach, Rafe, and Cal since they were at university. She is well put together, fierce, incredibly intelligent, and witty along with her beauty. She has struggled with finding a man who can stimulate her both in the relationship arena with intelligent conversation and can meet her needs in the bedroom. Anton (52) is a billionaire who has divorced three times but stays on good terms with his exes. He is powerful, charismatic, and has a presence that can overwhelm a room. He is the epitome of BDE in all its glory. He goes after what he wants in life and in business. He has a voracious appetite for power, success, and physical satisfaction. One of the things I adored was how much depth the author credits to Anton. He is such a big character. He has so many layers of love, passion, vulnerability, and loyalty. Gen is also fully developed and dealing with insecurities and vulnerabilities and fears as she falls hard for the powerful man who becomes her everything. I adored how these two characters grow together and embrace a life neither thought they could have with a partner that can meet all their needs in the most perfect ways.
Since Alchemy is a club that caters to kink, readers should expect this book to be hot and they will not be disappointed. This book can melt your panties right off. Settle in because you will not want to be interrupted once you immerse yourself in this world.
I am seriously loving this series. I feel like I know the characters more than in a typical club book. The friendship between the group and the acceptance they share is something we should all have in our lives.
The author lists some content warnings that readers should be aware of in case they are sensitive to those issues.
CW:
Unveil is set in a s3x club, and you will find the following on the page:
Group activities, spit-roasting, voyeurism, exhibitionism, prostitution, domination and submission, bondage, toys. While they both have sex with other people before they are a couple., once they actually get together there are no OW/OM dramas. Unveil has a monogamous HEA.
I am voluntarily leaving this honest review after receiving an advance reader copy of the book. -
Move over, E.L. James, Elodie Hart is in town and she brings the steam! Unveil is the third in her Alchemy series and on a one to ten scale of all things hot, it’s about a twenty-three. Or maybe a forty-six. Anton is all alpha, a slightly older hero who is richer than Croesus. He has no problem throwing his money and influence around to get what he wants. But Gen is no shrinking violet, and when he sets his sights on her, he has his work cut out for him. Gen and Anton will make you sweat—for a variety of reasons! If you’re into erotica, do not miss this book or this series. You’ll be glad you did.

Amazing story for Gen. Anton was exactly what was needed for this book. I was not sure at the start just how perfect Anton would be, but the author takes you on a clever journey that gives all the elements that make him worthy to win Gen - I adored how much of a contrast he could show without being contrary. Gen is the strong woman we have seen in the previous books, she knows what she wants and needs from a partner, but she has never found it in one person. In the group she has been the serious, almost cold, COO but her friends see straight away what Anton could be for her and that he might just be what Gen has been looking for. The dynamic between the group remains a highlight, the support, acceptance, and loyalty comes through so strongly. I enjoyed seeing how Gen, Maddy and Belle had bonded. Gen's story is perfectly captured in the title 'unveil', the chemistry between Anton and Gen, the push and pull, the softness and gentleness is all balanced beautifully. A great addition to the series!

Gen and Anton The Big Bad Wolf
Unveil the third book in the Alchemy series by Elodie Hart is FANTASTIC! This book is full of BDE (Big Di@k Energy), strong mature main characters who know what they want and the courageous journey to acceptance and trust of being authentically themselves with a partner. Elodie tells a story full of lots of hot shmex with a strong story and wonderful main characters that are deep and real. This book has HEA. 5⭐️ and 5🔥 -
Wonderful to be back in the Alchemy universe. Elodie Hard has managed to develop two amazing main characters with so much energy, charisma, magnetism, and spark. They jump off the page and demand you learn more about them. This is not a chore!
Awesome to see little Easter eggs from the Sara Madderson world too, and hints at further books in the Alchemy series. Super glad it might not end with Cal!
Thanks to the author for an early copy. -
4.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I loved book 3 of the Alchemy series & Gen & Anton as a couple however I did feel the book was rushed (things didn’t start happening until later in the book & I felt it was rushed through). I wanted to get to know Gen & Anton’s back story a little bit more (unless that’s coming in the extended epilogue 👀)
I do love the fact that #3 has been the spiciest & im sure #4 & hopefully #5 will be even spicier. 🌶️🔥
**I received an ARC -
Another amazing book by Ms Elodie Hart. She has a way with words and her story lines are fabulous. Here’s hoping for another story from Alchemy!!!
-
Go into this book knowing it’s very steamy!
Gen gets her HEA with Anton, a 52 year old thrice divorced man. There is a mutual attraction between the two and Gen isn’t having it at first. Anton is beyond confident and craves control in the bedroom (or wherever…if you know what I mean) and his Big ___ energy is too much for Gen at first.
It was great to get a little background on Gen in this book. The found family aspect is enjoyable and the growth of Alchemy is a really cool way to grow the group. -
DNF at 43% because this is so bad. I fear tiktok recommendations continue to lead me astray 😣

All I can say is wow!! Holy smokes this book certainly was a spicy treat!! Elodie has only gone and done it agin with another incredible book!!! Gen and Anton are such a spicy couple. The trust and fire they have from the start definetly got me hooked on the book that much I had to read it in one go!! Unveil has a monogamous HEA which made the book a little emotional at times but really helped build the book too. I personally loved the little feature of Belle and Maddy (the main characters in the past two books of the series) it really added a special touch to the book. The fire and spice in this book was on a whole different level and did definitely not disappoint!! I highly recommend this book if you are after a good spicy book that you don’t want to put down once you have started it!!! I personally loved the third book to this series. I can’t wait to read what Elodie writes next. Thank you Elodie for the ARC copy of the book.

4.5⭐️ HOLYYY SHIT this was insanely good! omfg!!!!
First of all I LOVE the age of the characters - she’s 36 and he’s 52 which means they’re both so mature and sophisticated. This whole book was so smutty but at the same time tasteful and sophisticated - I’m seriously in love with Gen and Anton! Their romance made so much sense, they both found sth with each other that no one else could have given them❤️
Reread: 10/06/24 -
”I’ve wasted half a century without you. I can show you sides of myself that everyone else I’ve ever been close to has judged and rejected, and, amazingly, you accept them.”
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5/5 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️/5
You may need a hydration IV after this one!! Unveil absolutely hits the mark for a spicy & unrelenting third Alchemy book.
Genevieve (Gen) is Alchemy’s COO & sole female co-owner and she prides herself on always being put together and in control. She has a great dating life and a fiery sex life, the only problem is that those two parts of her life don’t intersect. She’s not interested in being a man’s conquest and is very discernable with her men. That’s until she meets the big bad wolf - Anton Wolff - and he’s here to play.
Anton Wolff is powerful, rapacious, a bit depraved and Alchemy’s newest member. When he sets his eyes on Gen, he knows he has to have her. Together they start an exquisite game of chicken, enjoying other partners (sometimes in front of each other), all while hoping to make the other cede to their desires. The genuine chemistry between these two was palpable from the word go and every spicy scene of the book was a 5-alarm fire! The very first Anton chapters start off with a 🌶️🔥 bang, so be prepared for the wild ride Elodie Hart serves on a platter in this third book! There isn’t a ton of plot but there is certainly enough spice to keep anyone captivated.
A HEADS UP: although Unveil has graphic group sharing scenes, the pair is strictly monogamous once they become a couple and they do have a HEA. -
The third book in Elodie Hart's Alchemy series does not disappoint (assuming you love the first two!) and is another 'no door' book!
Unveil is the story of Genevieve, one of the owners of Alchemy, a sex club in London, UK, and Anton, a billionaire business man who becomes a member of the club.
From the moment they meet, they are attracted to each other and Anton is ready to pursue it, but Genevieve is far more hesitant. She knows that if she pursues this attraction, that'll be it for her and is scared that Anton will "use her and lose her" (my words, not Elodie's!). Over time, they get to know each other and finally "come" together (hehehehehe see what I did there?).
Elodie continues to write books that celebrate sexual pleasure, that don't kink-shame, are grounded in consent and safety, and are celebratory.
I also really like how each of the books so far have explored different kinks, but also, critically, different character motivations and vulnerabilities. Yes, these books have a lot of sex, but they also have character development and growth.
I continue to recommend this series to many people and slowly, they are starting to read them and love them - yay!!
I'm excited for the fourth book in the series (Cal and Aida) and also am hopeful that another book set in this universe will be coming our way if I correctly picked up on a hint at the end...
Thanks to Elodie Hart for an eARC of the book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. -
What a Read!
Pick this up!!! If you don’t read any other book of the series - you’re missing out for sure - but this book WOW!!!! The build up and Gens resolve honestly made me so happy! To read about about a FMC so strong, and determined and knowing her own one self!!!! Words cannot explain! Big Bad Wolff aright!!! His worth every cent and together they are dynamite! 10/10 recommended!!!! -
⭐️⭐️⭐️💫
🌶️🌶️🌶️
Learning to fully let go & let someone love you - all of you, every side - was a great theme for this one. It felt a bit too sugarcoated at times, things coming together too saccharine sweet & easily so that lost me somewhat. I always love a series full of stand-alones so you get to check in on characters from previous books & that was certainly a favorite part of this one. Less spice in this one which was fine by me. Overall it wad worth finishing but not overly memorable. -
3.75 ⭐️ 4 🌶️
Very readable and addicting, and of course, very dirty. Just felt like it got a bit repetitive - their internal thoughts and interactions felt like the same thing over and over again after a while. But, I still greatly enjoy this series - definitely a go-to when I want something easy to read and spicy but not totally stupid. -
Well, hello, Daddy Wolff. Yes sir.
-
Raw and sexy, sizzling

Literally nobody look at me.
