Since the dawn of time, Dyo, Reka, Aker, and Erlin, the four Archons who head the Four Houses, have fought each other to control the fate of humankind. But times change, and an evil Fifth Archon, William of Leece, is attempting to bring about the Apocalypse. From Moses’ challenge to the Pharaoh to the origin of the Grail myth; from the Pope’s extermination of the Cathars to Nostradamus’ travels in Italy; from the Spanish Armada and the Great Fire of London to Napoleon’s conquest of Egypt; and finally to the Angel of Mons appearing over the trenches of World War I: a secret occult history of the world.
The Secret History Omnibus Volume 3 Reviews

Another big installment of wild conspiracy theory! What won't the authors include here. Even Umberto Eco didn't include as much content in Foucault's Pendulum. As usual great graphics. I'm curious how they end this (if they do).

A complex reimagining of real historical events, this is a book for someone ready to make a serious commitment to reading it and has a lot history facts still in their brain.
It’s also a story that I suspect you should read from the first volume because I spent the majority of it a little lost as to the who/what/where/why of almost everyone and everything. Yet, even with that mayor detail, it was still interesting to see the twists and turns they take with history.
The art is very realistic and mostly pleasing, but there were times when I couldn’t really tell some characters apart. The art style and coloring didn’t lend itself to easily identifiable characters.
I’m not sure I’ll follow this series, but it was an interesting read. -
I never know what’s happening. But I trust that the writer does? I don’t know why. I’m sure there’s a logic to it all. It’s fun anyway.

Finished reading issues 15-20 in one night.
Superb follow on from volume two and continues the fantastic weaving of fact and fiction. Really cannot wait for issue 21.
As for the other volumes... a treat to look forward to.
