it was absolutely amazing...this was my first historical romance in quite sometime as i rarely read them...but this was awesome...i loved free spirited Jocelyn...how she didn't played a docile wife n challenged Robbie at every step but still loved n respected him enough...n Robbie was sweet too...rather than using Jocelyn as a brood mare he gave her respect n freedom to do what she wanted...n the sexxx was totally awesome as well...5 stars...

An okay average read with an interesting story. I can't rate it much higher because I am comparing it to many other historical romances (and others set in Scotland) that I rated 4 or 5 stars.
The erotic scenes were plentiful and descriptive, but not really romantic or sensual in my opinion and did not catch my emotions the way they could have. -
I first read this in literotica back in 2008ish. I loved Lynn's work! Especially her historicals! I'm so glad to see that she's now a published author. Wish I could remember what name she had written under.
