Susan Smith Nash taught the best British Literature course I have ever taken. I picked this book up just after transferring schools and on my initial reading of it was completely in awe. Good fiction jamming the culture back. Smart and often funny, and always dead on. She has a Burroughsian wild card she plays sometimes against the culture. I like to see her win.
