Scooby-Doo Comic Storybook #3: Camp Fear Reviews
-
Somewhat abbreviated from the original television episode but not too bad. I enjoyed it which was surprising as only Scooby and Shaggy are in this story and I have usually disliked the television episodes that lacked the rest of the original gang. Perhaps the fact that there was no Scrappy Doo is the reason this was enjoyable, as the television episodes that had him were the ones that lacked the others.

This book was ok. It was the story of what happened in the What’s New Scooby-Doo? episode Camp Comeoniwannascareya. I had just recently watched the episode so as I read the book I could tell that they really cut out a lot. The story does not flow as well as it should and leaves out a lot of details and information. The pictures were good but the story itself is not done really well especially when I know the episode was pretty good that is was based on. Overall this is an easy read but not a great book.
