After breaking off a relationship with her abusive girlfriend, Lauren Burns has finally made her dreams come true by becoming a member of the U.S. Army. Anji Foster is looking at her entrance into the military as a way out of her small town and a place to meet lots of men. What will happen when these two very different women cross paths?
Sky Love is engaged to be married to a handsome and wealthy man, but she's not ready to let go of her woman on the side. Lela is willing to keep their secret because if it gets out, she's not sure how her fellow soldiers will react.
When Four Star General Orpheus Beauregard Roulette III finally acts upon the homosexual urges he's been suppressing for years, he gets more than he bargained for. Now he finds himself caught between the crosshairs of his scorned wife and the young man who's blackmailing him.
The Don't Ask, Don't Tell law may have been repealed, but what if there are some members of the U.S. armed forces who still have reasons to keep their sexuality a secret? Urban Books authors M.T. Pope, Tina Brooks McKinney, Brenda Hampton, and Terry E. Hill explore this subject with their own trademark dramatic style.

Don't Ask, Don't Tell by M.T. Pope was a good and interest book to read. In the beginning of this book, it was weird and strange but it was sad, secret, steady and emotional. I felt bad for Tasha because she doesn't deserve for this situation that she's been through but she was wrong for not let anyone to hear the truth about their secret. Kyle was wrong for cheating on his wife with Henry and another dude. Also, Tasha's mom was wrong for keeping her secret to Tasha about Henry. I'm surprised and impressed when her mom told Tasha that Henry was not her real father and Henry is gay. I'm almost cry because Tasha's mom kill herself and Henry.
So far, I enjoyed reading this book but even thought, it was sad and strange at the same time. This author and book deserve a four stars. I'm looking forward to read another book from this author. M.T. Pope did a good job.
Better Not Tell- Tina Brooks McKinney was a good and interest book to read. I didn't understand the concept of this book. The two of main characters are having their own personal problem issues. I'm happy that they decide to quit army and go back home. So far, I enjoyed reading this book and looking forward read another book from this author. This book and author deserve a four stars. Tina did a good job.
Hush- Brenda Hampton was a interest and good book to read. Brenda Hampton did a good job. Hush was a funny and sad but each of characters were confused and judged to everyone this book. I enjoyed reading this book because it was well written and characters. I didn't understand everyone's characters in this book. Each of characters have been used, judged, and cheated to each other. So far, this author and this book deserve a four stars. I'm looking forward to read another book from this author.
When Call Duty- Terry E. Hill was a interest and good book to read In the beginning of this book, it was slow and pace but I’m trying to understand the concept of this book. This is my first time reading from this author. Terry E. Hill did a good job. So far, I enjoyed reading this book because it was well written and characters. This author and this book deserve a four stars. I’m looking forward to read another book from this author. -
could identify with different parts in this book and every story had a bang of some sort. Not the kind with a gun. The lead story by M.T. Pope was excellent and I really enjoyed it. I love how the book was written and also how nice it was to see the writer of "Snapped" and "Snapped 2:The Redemption" (a book that I had just finished reading, ) Tina McKinney-Brooks write on a totally different subject. I enjoyed the book. I liked the book and I would love to read more books of all the authors who contributed to this anthology individually

Good book by M.T. Pope. I couldn't put the book down. Surprise though to find out about the father-in-law and the son-in-law. I did not cringe when something happened to the father-in-law at the end and to say that the wife knew all along about her husband. How far will someone go to stay in a relationship and protect their spouse.

I was expecting much more from this one. After reading Both Sides of the Fence 1 & 2 and enjoying them both, I expected the torch to be passed on to this book. I read it in a couple of hours and for me the book was a little dull. The moments that were supposed to be climatic just weren't that exciting. Not impressed.
Probably would not read the sequel if there was one. -
I loved all four stories but the fourth one was kind of slow. I would definitely recommend this book. Each story is different and not all about sex. All of the stories challenge you to think outside of the box. OMG GREAT BOOK!

Got through the first 50 pages and had to set it aside. Certainly gay content, but very much in the tradition of urban fiction--I'm not gay;I was forced to be gay; Jesus pray for me.
