Kajian yg menurut saya penting dibaca oleh para penggiat isu media maupun jurnalis itu sendiri. Meskipun belum menekankan pada aspek politik ekonomi secara komprehensif dan gamblang, bacaan ini bisa memberikan sedikit gambaran akan iklim industri media dan segala yg berkelindan di antaranya.
Membaca buku ini saja tidak cukup untuk memahami apa yg terjadi di balik industri media pada masa Orde Baru. Buku ini lebih cocok menjadi pelengkap. -
