Candace Landry is having a bad week. Actually, it’s more like a bad year. A change of scenery is in order, though leaving the beach for the mountains is hard for her. But the move is only temporary. Just a sabbatical, or sorts, to get her back on her feet.

Griff Brooks loves his cowboy life in the Montana mountains. After his time in the military, not dodging IEDs makes for a pretty good day. He deals with the ghosts he brought home from Afghanistan and prefers to not discuss his time there. And he’s not looking for a woman… until Candace lands in Rocky Ridge.

Their first date is a disaster. She’s sure there won’t be a second date, but he wears her down. Their relationship grows and their attraction to each other is admittedly off the charts. But in the long run, this is nothing but a roadmap to heartbreak.

When it seems certain a relationship is out of the question for them unless they can make long distance work, opportunity knocks. But will it turn out that distance is their only problem or is there more going on than they’re willing to admit?

Finding Love in Rocky Ridge: A Rocky Ridge Stand Alone Romance Reviews

  • Mary Jane McLeod

    Good Read

I enjoyed Griff, and Candace's story. These two had many ups and downs in their relationship. She loves the beach and he loves the mountains. Figuring out and in-between caused a lot of issues for them. A interesting read.

    Finding Love in Rocky Ridge

This was a good story as well as entertaining with a lot of drama but it could have used another round of edits before being released.
