Great Read
I was hoping Anita learned her lesson after all the drama she started that lead to the death of her father but she was still trying to cause drama for Chance and Aaliyah. Somewhere in Anita simple mind. She blamed Aaliyah for not having a relationship with Cajarie and blamed Chance because she felt he wasn't giving her enough time with their son when in fact. Anita signing her rights away and staying away for five year's was the problem. Although Cajarie was eight year's old. He was very smart for his age and just wasn't feeling his mother. Shane knew Anita was up to something. I believe he was hurt finding out she was trying to bring harm to Chance because that was his family and Anita put him in a position to where he had to choose his family over her. Shane loved Anita but he could get with her betrayal. He was still trying to established a relationship with Chance and Trey himself after the truth about their kinship came out. He wasn't about to let her mess it up. Aaliyah and her mother ended up getting hurt in the middle of the drama Anita created and it had Aaliyah second guessing her relationship with Chance. Change was dealing with all the drama coming his way head on. I understand him going after Kai since he was the one helping Anita plot but what he did in front of those little girls was too much. I really thought Janelle chilled out on the nagging. Her and Trey had been together for year's. She already knew what she was getting herself into. I'm surprised she didn't push Trey away. He loved the hell out of Janelle and her having his sons multiplied his love for her. Aaliyah tried to let her know that she needed to chill. Trey stuck it out with her though. -
Good Read
Ion know what possessed Anita to do the dumb mess she was doing but there was no coming back from her decisions. I would even go so far to say that maybe Aaliyah got hit in the cross fire of Chance being the target. But for her to deliberately have men to beat Aaliyah's mama and for her to kidnap her own son was way over the line so she got what she deserved. Janelle still irks me. Trey got his hands full. I'm glad they finally accepted Shane cause he proved his loyalty. I didn't see him and popcorn getting together coming tho. Maybe she's just what he needs cause obviously Kash wasn't. I just love Aaliyah and Chance together. I'm glad they made it through all the mess coming their way.💜💜 -
Great Ending
A great ending of a well written story. The drama Anita caused was crazy. She caused so much pain until she ending up dealing with the consequences. Chance finally had to handle her even though he didn't want to. Aaliyah and her mother were hurt because of her relationship with Chance which caused her to have thoughts of leaving him. But they made it through and got their happy ending. This author definitely delivers a five star series. -

Janelle was very irritating she needed to have her own thing going bc she acted like she didn't know who and what her man was or did.
Chance and Aaliyah the beat the odds and created an organic love and bond.
Anita begged to no longer live. Got to know when to chill dealing with street men.
I enjoyed the series. -
Glad they was back to back
Love the couples loved Chance he was a no nonsense type of guy and Glad him Trey and Shane where able to grow as a family. Love the women Anita got what she deserved. Lol they smoke just as much as me but I think I got them beat. True love is what Janielle and Trey had even though she was a headache at times love. Love the Series 💙 -

Happy endings are always beautiful! This amazing storyline has wonderful character development, lots of love and plenty of drama. I enjoyed and recommend this five star read. Looking forward to reading more from this author. -

A lot of inconsistencies throughout the series but this book in general. Janelle was overly annoying to me and very wishy washy and I wish she would have had something going on for herself other than that ok read -
