Vogue Knitting: Classic Patterns from the World's Most Celebrated Knitting Magazine Reviews

This book does double duty as a coffee table book and book of patterns from Vogue Knitting. And with the exception of some of the patterns from the 80's they are all lovely. I look forward to makaing many of these and challenging my knitting skills with lace jackets and form fitting coats. The book is gorgeous!

What I love about this volume of awesome patterns, is how truly inspirational the patterns are, they lift what in past centuries was seen as a woman's work, to an art work.

I love the fact that these creations are made using items that have been in use for centuries, and created using stitches that have been used by our forebears.

Thank you Vogue Knitting!!!!! Keep up the awesome work!!!!!

Interesting history of knitting in this country and the growth and development of the Vogue Knitting Magazine. Lots of patterns from previous issues.
