Til Death Do Us Part: Blackwoods Woman\\Roarkes Wife Reviews
-
I’m all for cheesy romance novels but this was some racist, CRINGEY trash. I was literally yelling “EW” every five minutes.
-
These were two very readable, entertaining short romances. Both have a slight suspense element, and despite the cheesy Harlequin-y titles (they are, after all, published by Harlequin), the stories themselves are anything but. The characters are well-developed, the romances believable, and the suspense plots are suspenseful and satisfyingly resolved.

Miniseries: The Protectors
Category: Suspense -
OK for Romance novels. Endings a little too predictable.

Beverly Barton is hit-or-miss for me. Blackwood's Woman was a good story, but I couldn't finish Roarke's Wife. It was too slow and not enough story to hold my interest.
-
Two stories filled with suspense, romance, and strong female characters. I really enjpyed the plots and characters in both.
-
Good suspenseful read.
