Lots of interesting information and the recipe for Indian Pudding is the best I've ever found . . . and I love Indian Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream.

Yes, I am reading a cookbook. And it is quite fascinating. Apparently, my German blood speaks to me with the love of cookies and cakes. :)

I'm currently doing a bit of research on Colonial America and found this book while browsing the shelves at my local library. The content in this book is very educational and interesting as it introduces the history of food during Colonial America history. One recipe that I'm looking forward to trying from the book is the snickerdoodle recipe.
